Weather Channel Founder Wants To Sue Al Gore For Global Warming Fraud

A landmark court case that would destroy the so-called "consensus" behind man-made global warming could be in the works after Weather Channel founder John Coleman expressed his intention to sue Al Gore for fraud.
Companies that sell "carbon credits" on the basis that they offset carbon emissions could also be in the firing line as Coleman stated his conviction that man-made advocates would lose the case if a fair debate, something that the establishment is loathe to allow, was allowed to take place.
"Since we can’t get a debate, I thought perhaps if we had a legal challenge and went into a court of law, where it was our scientists and their scientists, and all the legal proceedings with the discovery and all their documents from both sides and scientific testimony from both sides, we could finally get a good solid debate on the issue," Coleman said. "I’m confident that the advocates of ‘no significant effect from carbon dioxide’ would win the case."
Coleman said that any degree of warming that has taken place over the last 25 years is beginning to be offset by a recent cooling trend. China, the largest emitter of carbon dioxide, has just experienced its coldest winter for 100 years.
"I think if we continue the cooling trend a couple of more years, the general public will at last begin to realize that they’ve been scammed on this global-warming thing," said Coleman.

Coleman questioned whether carbon dioxide caused temperature increase, a point borne out by ice core samples that show increases in carbon dioxide in the environment are a result and not a cause of higher temperatures, lagging behind by as much as 800 years.
"Does carbon dioxide cause a warming of the atmosphere? The proponents of global warming pin their whole piece on that," he said.
"The compound carbon dioxide makes up only 38 out of every 100,000 particles in the atmosphere."
"That’s about twice as what there were in the atmosphere in the time we started burning fossil fuels, so it’s gone up, but it’s still a tiny compound," Coleman said. "So how can that tiny trace compound have such a significant effect on temperature?
"My position is it can’t," he continued. "It doesn’t, and the whole case for global warming is based on a fallacy."
Coleman’s call for a court case to take on the global warming orthodox comes in the same week that the Carnegie Institute urged the need to reduce carbon emissions to zero within decades, a move that would devastate the third world and likely end human civilization as we know it, returning man back to the stone age.

Maybe Al gore is a lip service for the energy companys,so they can complicate the process of creating new and sustianable clean energy sources which in turn allowing them to continue to charge prices comparable to what we are being charged now thus avoiding any loss of profits.In other words the laymen think the proces of making alturnative fuels is so difficult that only they can produce it.In which again,they are in total control and can manage the process through our governmental system.

Gore’s father Albert Arnold Gore, Sr. represented the coal interests of (Armand Hammer’s) Occidental Petroleum Corporation, and later became the head of its subsidiary Island Creek Coal Company (Tennessee). Upon the death of his father, Gore Jr. inherited shares of his father’s corporate stock, after which he received criticism from environmentalist agitators. Gore, Jr. eventually sold the stock when the estate was sold, but basically his family inheritance and his family wealth came from a coal mining subsidiary of the fourth largest U.S. oil and gas company.

Another question to ponder: Is the ‘man-made’ global warming theory nothing more than a hoax that is intended to drive up the price of oil and other natural materials, in order to achieve inflated profit margins benefitting a few corporations (mainly their owners) and to justify higher gasoline taxes, but with the overall cost being passed on to the consumer? Could it also be a means to justify the end goal of leviathon state control over mobility (like in the USSR), whereby automobiles and fuel become so expensive that only fairly wealthy individuals and government employees have access to (or eventually permission to own) personal vehicular transportation — while the rest of the peons must go through checkpoints (show their ID) just to be able to ride only where the bus or train will take them? (bicycles would become the vehicle of “choice” for ordinary folks; a summer Sunday drive would be a thing of the past for the commoners)

Either some certain members of the judicial system will be paid off/bribed/blackmailed/threatened and if that does not work and a court case is still pursued and allowed to take place, then John Coleman will be due a unexplained heart attack. Threatening the “consensus” global warming and proving beyond a reasonable doubt (especially in court) would make any and all support (in this nation and all others) for the global warming fraud to fizzle out, which should have the effect of forcing the civilians of this nation and all others fizzle out for the United Nations as well because they are a huge perpetuator of this global warming agenda, not to mention the same people who created the UN in the first place are the same people who created this global warming scheme (CFR founder David Rockefeller family and Co.).
Proving global warming to be a fraud to hoodwink Americans and others may seem like a very small deal, of course things are never how they appear to be. The global warming agenda seeks to establish one of the most dangerous precedents known to our country, well actually two major precedents. The first is a world wide tax which is to be paid by all major nations to one supranational global governing body which would completely bypass our “elected officials” and would only involve officials that were appointed to this supranational governing body, think about that for a moment. That would mean it would be outside the control of congress or any of your alleged elected officials, yet it would be able to control what each individual in our country does with no true oversight. It would be contrary to the principles that our nation was established on.
This would be as a practice run for the one world governing body, and would be like I said the first time they were given the ability to control something on a global scale. Later they would amend the laws or whatever gave them the power to go ahead with the global carbon tax in furtherance of their control on a global basis. This would be an end run on the rest of the nations that were able to retain their sovereignty, on a massive scale. The second and even more dangerous precedent would be that the supranational governing body would have full control over carbon period. Which would mean that anything carbon based, which by the way is all life here on Earth, would be controlled by this supranational governing body. They would get to say who has what rights, what or whom can or can not exist. Having control over carbon would mean that they could do away with anyone or anything on a whim under the justification of global warming and carbon control. This is one of their most preferred ways to establish a take over and announce a world governing body, though there are others, this is the only one that is very close to attaining their goal of one world- so to speak. Their success of their future control relies heavily on global warming to be a “consensus” otherwise they would no longer be able to claim it is fact as they are doing now, this challenge especially in a court of law would entirely ruin the agenda they wrapped up in global warming. I think this Joe Coleman better take some care when going forward with this.

We want and believe and pray for these kinds of changes in public awareness, and then when when we finally see some light being shed on the issues we say “oh they’ll pay off the judges or he’ll die of a heart attack” HOW STUPID IT THAT MENTALITY. Why bother with even worrying about or discussing it if you think it is hopeless. Don’t bother then. But please don’t come on here and be so damned gloom and doom because others that have hope and believe in what they are doing don’t want to hear that. That only contributes to their agenda not ours. Nowadays, most stores now require valid ID when you buy any music with a Parental Advisory label, any video game with a Mature rating, or any R-rated movie on DVD or in the theater. I certainly would not defend Gore, nor would I call Coleman a liar who advocates on behalf of big oil. However, I would like more information about this. I have been much involved in the environmental movement and have studied enough to know that global warming is not a hoax, at least not the major effects of global warming that are being played out, especially in places like the Arctic. We are literally seeing it first hand up here in northern Canada. That being said I am well aware of Alex’s info and believe him to be speaking truth to power. So there is a disconnect here for me. Before we go spouting off that there is no warming or that becoming green is a waste of time, lets sort out the issues here. And for the record becoming greener is not a waste of time, buy local, grow organic and reduce consumption is one of the easiest ways to get less profit into the hands of the oligarchs and bring power back to the communities.

Here in Adelaide Australia we are going through a heat wave and as normal the big screen with a hot looking blond showing her breasts off is telling me its all because of globil warming it’s the hottest days ever on record she tells me.

Global Warming and Peak Oil are very real. The reason oil is so expensive is because supplies are very tight. Are the globalists making Mexico’s oil wells decline, indonesia, UK, the US? You need to use common sense sometimes. We will be fighting resource wars and dealing with economy crushing energy prices and there is nothing anybody can do about it. This is where the average person cannot get it right with the level of propaganda in the “main stream”. You see it is just like the Federal Reserve saying cut interest rates to keep us from recession. Then interest rates are cut and the stock market goes up for a bit and then sinks lower that before because the money fueling it isn’t worth as much(for those who don’t know “cut interest rates” is slang for print hundreds of billions of dollars out of thin air). I can’t personally say that carbon dioxide does cause global warming and neither can you.
Listening to most scientists is like listening to a polititian. They WILL lie if it means their jobs or that they will not be useful anymore. It is self preservation, human nature. One thing you must take into account is it is not the wickedness of a person that should be taken into account for public office or the like but the weaknesses for these leaders have the same problems as everyone, greed, abuse of power, ect…
However if there is a case to be made that i can make about how trustworthy their information is…Lets look at methane. The big fear of scientists is methane because it is drasticly worse or holds much more heat in the atmosphere than carbon. Any fluid scientist will tell you that a denser fluid (carbon) will hold heat in better than a lighter or less dense fluid (methane). This can be tested and retested in your home if you’d like. Heat some motor oil and some water to the same temperature and set them evenly apart spaced with the room so the heat off one cannot effect the other and see which cools faster. When I was a child I was told that carbon dioxide is given off by our breathing and trees thrives on it. Since someone called all is giving off this gas along with the false rumor he could either plant some trees or quit causing so much gas. Just a thought.
Here is an idea that could help.
The high cost of gasolene is making the oil companys so rich. We could keep them from having to get bigger banks to keep their over compsented lute in. We can switch to senthetic moter oil. It is likely that we could save enough on the oil we use to pay for the extra money that the senthetic will cost because the price of oil would come down if we used less.

I think the case should be brought to court so maybe the truth will come out, FINALLY! CO2 is natural and the content in the atmosphere has shifted wildly over the last 500 million years. CO2 is not the issue. The issue is the use of CO2 as a scare tactic and an excuse to CONTROL the masses. In addition, data taken by two satelites over the past 12 years, (SOHO & ULYSSES), has confirmed that our sun is a “VARIABLE” star that experiences wide fluctuations in energy output as well as massive changes in its’ magnetic field. ok people i asked a question way back and it got glossed over with shrill and propaganda. And it has to be said, your guys knowledge of science and economics is pretty crap. However your ability to attempt to speak truth to power is commendable. some issues…motive? When scientists first started talking about global warming they were villified by the elite governments and ridiculed as tin foil hat wearers by the elite media. They were independent, they were studying glacial samples, monitoring trends etc. they had nothing to gain…contrary to popular thought, scientists are pretty apolitical…i work with them, i know. And then there is this little bit of an issue with hard evidence, like the loss of real glaciers that have been for millenium..not centuries (someone made the comment a while back about farmers and century cycles). And up here in the North, we have a large population of Inuit and Innuk who are literally documenting the loss of permament ice and the subsequent loss of their habitat and basically their way of life. Its not propaganda, its evidence…you know, facts…not some web link here or some shrill voice there. And, you know, I am pretty sure the Natives are not in on the NWO. Seems to me they have gotten the short end of that stick for 1000s of years. And i know its simple to say “green sites blah blah blah” but for christ’s sake there are literally 1000s of independent bodies with excellent data..small universities, big universities, public universities, universities in every country etc. etc. I mean how much credit for elite control are we giving here? We are not THAT bought and paid for..yet anyway. Now I don’t discount the thought that those gunning for global treaties or taxes probably have other motives, but that does not discount the sience. And those who are saying this is just the oil companies trying to make extra money, well as an economist, i have to say that is the most absurd thing I have ever heard. First off the price of oil has stayed quite steady for the last 3 decades, while the science of global warming has progressed. During that period oil companies funded anti global warming science and propaganda. this is in the public record. Even those who were paying for “green” advertising were still funding anti-climate change studies. People, first and foremost these companies are corporations. A huge part of what they do is PR. Anyway, back to the price of oil, the huge increase in oil price has occured in the last year…lets not forget that, becuase some significant things have happened economically speaking in the last year. Your US dollar is crapping out because of greepspan and bohemian grove shenanigans…maybe they are priming us for the Amero…who knows. When your dollar tanks more foreign banks get rid of it because they don’t trust your economy, this floods the market with more dollars, hence lowering its value. when this happens something occurs for commodities (look at all commodity prices, not just oil, like gold, nickel, etc.) since all commodities are priced in US dollars, foreigners charge higher prices for commodities to recoup the value from a sinking dollar. Another major issue is your tanking finance industry and stock market. When finance, stocks and bonds are crappy investments, where do traders put there money? in commodities. When that happens what happens to the price of commodities? they shoot up. Now I don’t doubt that there is some funny business between Bush and the Saudi’s, and I also don’t doubt that there is some price manipulation going on with the OPEC crowd and the Bilderberg crowd, but to state that its completely caused by the elites shows a lack of understanding of the economy. And to state that global warming is causing oil prices to rise, and the NWO is causing it all in a calculated manner, and that global warming is a well planned hoax, well that just makes us look like idiots.

I would definitely have to agree with thebohemiangrooves that there actually is a thing called global warming occurring although to what extent I cannot say,and yes,we all should try to do what we can about it. We do have to give a little leeway to the fact that not all earthly institutional systems are perfect and that not ALL of the blame should be put on the NWO. Some systems,just by the way they are configured have a tendency to rebalance themselves. It is a great point that he makes about the nature of the monetary system and commodities. That must be considered.

Well, I have to say, reading John Coleman’s paper and then his bio and then his research buddies, like Fred Singer, whom I have exposed in the past as being funded by oil…usually by Exxon, i remain unconvinced. I have heard of this 17,000 signature petition in the past. I also read that many signatories came out after saying they were decieved by the nature of the petition. I mean we have many many credible scientists saying this is real, and then we have a weatherman, a goofy weatherman at that if you check out his past in chicago, who went straight into weather after school, has little science training after that, especially not in climate change or the like suddenly becoming our “expert” on climate change denial. I know we want to disbelieve something because its being lead by the UN, but lets not hitch our wagons to any scrap of paper that comes along. I mean we shouldn’t be discounting something just because Al Gore has decided to embrace it.

Just to further my own last comment, about half a dozen or more countries are experimenting with their own Howitzers as we speak.
Anybody remember that big hurricane off the coast of Brazil a few years back, that was an impossible event according to every scientist on Earth – yet it happened anyways. Increased climate change and/or global warming should have been accountable for this then according to the UN dogma but it hasn’t happened since. Why not? Things are worse now the media says, so what’s up?
If climate change really was responsible for that event then it should be going on regularly now, but it isn’t, so how did that happen?
In reality, there is no question; Certain groups of MEN (not huMANity) are responsible for the direct, unexplainable weather events all over the globe.
The fact that tens of thousands of scientists are arguing so vehemently on both sides of this arguement should be the first indicator that the cause is much more simple than we are being led to believe.

The fact that it has polarized science to such an extent, that the adherents go to such lengths to demean, deny and gag opposing views, that money for nothing trading is taking place, that food to fuel is the most destructive cockeyed idea for centuries, that so much money is being made, and that not one molecule of co2 has been removed due to the IPCC’s existence has led me to question its motives more than once. Their admission that 0.0 whatever fractional reduction of the temp that trillions and huge damage to western civilization would bring is unachievable after all these years has led me to wonder at the reason for their continuance of the co2 nonsense and their existence.
I wish Coleman every success but he needs to line up some top gun skeptics from the various arenas involved in the scam, not just climate science, the proponents will have a huge war chest of money ripped off the duped.
