White House to Keep Obama’s ‘Czars’ from Testifying Before Congress

White House Counsel Greg Craig has indicated that he will refuse to allow any of the 18 new “czar” positions created by President Obama to testify before Congress, according to Sen. Susan Collins (R-Maine), the ranking Republican on the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee.
Collins revealed during a committee hearing Thursday that she had spoken with Craig, who had earlier sent a letter on behalf of the president, and that Craig told her persoanlly that Congress would not get a chance to ask fundamental questions of the czars about their roles and responsibilities.

Check E-Bay or look into some electrical engineering texts to see how to build one, pretty easy actually and the formulas just need you to take a couple measurements to know which parts you would need to build one.

Czar means a king or emperor in the Russian language. Look it up in the American Dictionary of the English language.

IMPEACHMENT Alert ! IMPEACHMENT Alert! (Another “BAIT-N-SWITCH” deception by Obama and his “handlers’!) The legal arguement : Obama’s use of “Czars”, especially in the case of “Cabinet-level” positions violates the “ADVISE AND CONSENT” clause of the Federal Constitution. The purpose of this Constitutional provision is to effect a CHECK and BALANCE between the Executive Branch and Congress concerning the Presidential appointments. The U.S. SENATE has the right, and is charged with the Constitutional DUTY of vetting these appointees, and then by vote, confirm or deny the appointee. Obama and his “Puppeteers” don’t like this Constituional process because they know if they appointed the persons they really wanted (the people who believe in the NWO Agenda), the Senate would not confirm these people, ie.–Henry “Pinochet” Kissinger as Sec. Of State for example! So, they do their little BAIT-N-SWITCH, making an end-run around the Constitution : For example, “Obama” appointed HILLARY CLINTON for Sec. of State; He knew she would be confirmed after the proper Constitutionally held Senate hearings; HOWEVER, Obama/his”handlers” DID NOT (and still don’t) WANT HILLARY CLINTON TO BE THE “real” SEC.OF STATE, so they went went “through-the-motions” of following the Constitutional rules, ALL THE WHILE KNOWING THAT THE GLOBALIST KISSINGER WOULD BE “Crowned” “Foreign Policy CZAR” by Obama. June-It won’t matter. Gerald Celente said that Presidents are SELECTED not ELECTED. Ive also seen as of late, a video on Youtube referring to counting votes. An attorney was talking with the crowd stating that ALL the counting of votes are done behind closed doors. I wish I could think of the name of that attorney!!! He was speaking to a large crowd in Florida, and I believe it was Labor Day and they were outside of what appeared to be a courthouse.
