After reading a Time Magazine article Moscow Mayor Promises a Winter Without Snow last Friday it became evident to me that the spraying of aerosols into the atmosphere exist only if you choose not to believe in it. This may sound Orwellian, but the United States, the Chinese and now Russian governments have all admitted that they are manipulating the weather. Let’s take a moment to ask ourselves why such sick delusional minds would still conjure up such nonsense.

An article titled NASA Rocket to Create Clouds Tuesday was posted on space.com last month which reported on a project dubbed the Charged Aerosol Release Experiment or CARE with the intention of triggering cloud formation around the rocket’s exhaust particles. The artificial clouds were intended to simulate naturally occurring phenomena called noctilucent clouds, which are the highest clouds in the atmosphere.
Wayne Scales, a scientist at Virginia Tech used computer models to study the physics of the artificial dust cloud as it was released. Scales hoped the project would allow scientists to study different aspects of the artificial dust cloud, including the turbulence generated inside the clouds and the distribution of dust particles. “Nothing like this has been done before and that’s why everybody’s really excited about it,” said Scales. CARE is a project of the Naval Research Laboratory and the Department of Defense Space Test Program.
A London Guardian article titled Geo-engineering: The radical ideas to combat global warming published in August of this year argued that the idea of geo-engineering the planet in order to control the climate has been around for more than 50 years, but has remained on the “fringes,” as if it wasn’t already being done.
The story references to a special edition of the journal Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society which are made up of climate scientists and engineers that strongly encourage a wide assessment of geo-engineering techniques. Ken Caldeira, a leading climate scientist based at the Carnegie Institution in Stanford, California believes “We are now, or soon will be, confronting issues of whether, when and how to engineer a climate that is more to our liking.”

Under the Freedom of Information Act Cybercast News Service obtained evidence that showed scientists at the U.S. Department of Energy’s (DOE) Savannah River National Laboratory in Aiken, S.C. were conducting tests and developing computer models of what might happen if a huge amount of particulate matter is shot into the stratosphere. “The overall goal of this task is to understand and evaluate the implications of deploying porous glasses as an agent to reduce global warming,” the DOE work proposal said.
In the early 90’s Paul Crutzen , a Nobel Prize winner and Tom Wigley, a world renowned climate scientist both promoted the concept of artificially cooling the planet. By releasing a cocktail of sulfide gases into the upper atmosphere scientist would possess the ability to reflect the sun’s rays away from the earth therefore causing a cooling effect.
According to an AP interview this April with Dr. John Holdren, the current Director of the Office of Science and Technology Policy, radical methods of slowing global warming such as shooting particles into the upper atmosphere in order to reflect the sun’s rays were not being ruled out. Dr. Death is also known for his work as co- author of Ecoscience, a government textbook promoting insane population control measures such as forced sterilization.
A London Telegraph article titled Beijing Vows Rain Will Not Fall On Its Parade published in August of this year reported that Zhang Qiang, the deputy head of the city’s weather modification ministry told their state media that anti-rain rockets would be ready for the celebration of the 60th Anniversary of Communist Party Rule. This comes to no surprise, especially when the Los Angeles Times published an article one year earlier titled China plans to halt rain for Olympics. They reported that China’s weather modification team would manipulate the clouds to “keep the open-air stadium dry.” The Times goes on to explain how the Chinese have been “tinkering with the weather since the late 1950s.”
Wang Guohe, director of weather modification for the Chinese Academy of Meteorology says China has “the largest program in the world with the most people involved and the most equipment.” The director goes onto admit their program isn’t advanced as the Russians who he says began sophisticated cloud-seeding in 1986 to prevent radioactive rain from the Chernobyl reactor accident from reaching Moscow. But let’s not take old Wang’s word for it.
An article titled Moscow Mayor Promises a Winter Without Snow was published last week on Time/CNN’s website. It states that “for just a few million dollars, the mayor’s office will hire the Russian Air Force to spray a fine chemical mist over the clouds before they reach the capital, forcing them to dump their snow outside the city.” According to the Time article Mayor Yury Luzhkov says that their air force is paid to make sure that it doesn’t rain for the Victory Day and City Day celebrations.
The only opposition presented in any of these stories beside the suburbs of Moscow getting a little extra snow is whether controlling the weather is a form of “playing god.” Any, if not all the stories relating to chemtrails, geo-engineering and terraforming make no reference to the possible adverse health effects that spraying the skies with chemicals could have on humans, animals and vegetation. Weather modification may indeed possess many benefits for humanity‘s well being. But this technology becomes deadly once in the hands of a scientific dictatorship whose endgame is reducing the population by 80 percent or more.
These suicidal nihilist see themselves as intellectually/genetically superior to the majority of us. As such, they view our dismay with the practice of cloud seeding as justification to take act on the planet’s behalf. Assuming the cloning of humans was not harmful, the next moral question would be whether people should have that power to play god. Our global masters in the United States, Russia and China have skipped the most important stage whereby the possibility of severe health problems from spraying aerosols on their population is debated in the courts and have assumed the role as our gods.
So before all you delusional “right wing conspiracy nuts” present both government and university public admissions remember this, it will never exist in the minds of those who choose not acknowledge the facts. Just move on to the next person who hopefully hasn’t succumb to the infamous Orwellian state of mind known as doublethink.

I have been seeing those damn trails for over 30 years,every time they forcast rain between Chicago and Milwaukee, a day or 2 later there are those trails in a grid patern. I live between both cities,have for most of my life,it is just funny how when rain is perdicted, those trails pop-up in the sky. I have pointed out years ago,but people said it is just the jets,but I see jets everyday not the trails. Living between Mitchel and O hair,trust me you don’t see com-trails everyday.

If they are contrails and the length of contrails is directly related to humidity and temperature, wouldn’t it make sense that they would “appear” when rain is predicted? You just sort of defeated the chemtrails argument.

I worked at NASA for 26 years. I have seen lots of CONTRAILS in my time. CHEMTRAILS, certainly exist, incidentally and intentionally, both. But you shouldn’t, for your own credibilities sake, automatically assume that all CONTRAILS are intentional CHEMTRAILS. Normal jet aircraft exhuast contains chemicals, which VISUALLY react to atmospheric conditions, very much like CHEMTRAILS probably do.
That said, I absolutely believe that some in our gov’t are deliberately inducing detrimental CHEMTRAILS into our breathable environment!

I will. Persistant (long lasting) contrails will occur if atmospheric conditions are just right. It is a rare occassion but it happens. A sky full of lines and grids every other day is not natural!

Weather modification is nothing new, there are many, many contractors that do this regularly, it is a well known industry within the aviation community. Just do a web search on “weather modification” or “cloud seeding”.

Come on, Ladies! He never said the word “suicide”. Going to heaven is the guaranteed destination for any truly born-again child of God. When all is said and done, when the NWO has pulled their last stunt, do we really have any control over anything except our decisions about what we do with Jesus (accept or reject)? No, we don’t. We’re ALL going to die someday. The odds are perfect: 1:1, we’re not getting out of this life alive, unless we’re raptured. And I’m not sure what I believe about that any more, seeing the events unfolding around me.

Barium…a heavy metal easily oxidizes…meaning it absorbs oxygen…and causes asthma…why is barium and aluminum been found in these chemtrails if they are only “water vapor”…?

They have ben spraying us constantly for months here in Fife (Scotland). Every one is suffering cold like symptoms that don’t abate. I try to tell them to look up and take notice. But they just tell me to put my foil hat on.

i hear ya there mate, only me and a friend look up at the sky over here at the minute. everyone else jus blasts it off as being nomal planes they always do that!
we’ve noticed they spray solid for two or three days and the following two days will be a solid grey sky. theyre spraying more and more, the stardogs to be seen now are crazy.
people look up!!!! plane contrails should dissipate from ice crystals after a 30 mins max,these things are lasting literally days.

I heard the tail end of this on the local radio today. They were saying how they were spraying the clouds so that it snows left. I yelled it in my car “CHEMTRAILS!”. Im not fully up to speed on it, but I heard enough around here. Blatant in the open with their tactics now. The radio did ask the question “where do the chemicals go?” , but I dont think they had any knowledge of the chemtrail history.

I check the skies above me in CA every day. I know for a fact that I get stomach aches on days they spray. At first I thought it to be just a coincidence, but I am telling you, day after day I make this observation.
On days where there is a decent spraying, i try to ask people if they have any stomach aches. More often than not, they do. But they attribute it to not haven eaten in a while, spicy foods, etc. They do not even want to look into the rabbit hole that this issue is.
I also believe that they have caught on and are now using a different type of spray that is less visible to the human observer. The other day I was sitting in the office, felt the classic feeling in my stomach that I know results from spraying, and went outside. I looked up and saw the classic white, unmarked plane spraying that signature line, though it appeared to rapidly disperse and mix with other clouds, causing a crazy look as though it is “dripping”.
Please share your experiences, I am curious.

Here’s some truth for ya.

They’ve been spraying or seeding since the 70’s, even used announced it on our radio station’s. What they used to say was that, the insurance corporation’s were paying for it because they wanted to cut down on insurance claims due to hail damage. Hail damage was never a big deal prior to then…..lie’s, lie’s, lie’s…
Last fall and winter was the worst. I watched them “sky-spider’s” spray very aggressivally and the result was when spring and summer came, there was massive drought to west of the affected/sprayed area’s (due to prevel’nt wind’s). They are doing it to Australia, people and live stock are suffering really bad there.

So, you’ve actually spoken to people who admit they see them? I haven’t found anyone yet who even sees them. When I’m out and about and there are chemtrails present, I’ll watch the people around me and they are just completely oblivious to them. It was that way in Oklahoma City, where I’m from, and it’s been that way since I’ve been in Seattle, too.

I get a buzzing in my head on days when chemtrails are plentiful. Sickly feeling in my stomach, lungs sometimes too. I’m not sure if the buzzing is from aerosols or from ELF waves .

When I get that slight buzzing almost like a tension headach I’ll go outside and almost everytime there was heavy spraying that day. On the other hand, I don’t always get the buzzing everytime so my only assumption/guess would be wireless Radio Frequencies on the ground and satellites in orbit redirecting/pulsing high frequency waves toward the ionisphere (HAARP Type Programs) aren’t as intense. Plus everyone’s body is different/more less sensitive. These two types are a fact and are being utilized despite possible health risk..
Not sure if that is the case, but as Word For the Wise said, its for behavior modification. There are multiple programs, but DNA mod, weather mod and behavior mod are the three programs that a guest on Alex’s show mentioned earlier this year.

Most days here start out sunny
, then when it really starts to get clean, fresh and nice, before you can even take a walk in the park, you look up and those cokey lines are being carved into the cloudless blue sky.
After lunch (within 2 hours), the silver haze (that was the sky, 2 hours ago) seems to have rolled out as far as the eye can see. When I look up and see white- just white everywhere, and feel dazed and confused because it’s now dark and I can’t tell what time of day it is as the sun is now gone, I’d swear it’s suckingg the delight out of me… and all this, before 3 pm!!

One of the main chemicals they seem to want to get out there is Aerosol. From what I remember eing told back as far as the eighth grade, Aerosol is an ozone depletor. Ozone, which is a molecule composed of three bonded oxygen atoms is dangerous for humans to breathe because of its reactivty to human tissues, but most of the time (except for the odd occasion) it reamins in a layer in our atmosphere where it’s main purpose is to deflect not the sun’s rays, but to absorb the more dangerous radiation thrown out by the sun (Higher ended specrum UV light, X and gamma radiation even as small amounts as they may be. The Sun is no more than a massive nuclear reaction. I believe it’s Hydrogen isotope 2, Deuterium.) Anyway, moving on, if they say they’re doing this o cool the planet, perhaps they’re succeeding in reflecting warmth from the sun, but they are increasing our risk of exposure to dangerous radiation. Make a nice expanding hole in that pretty protective layer. Radiation creates mutation and disease as well as full on sterilization of the land (and depending, sometimes people) So, if this is only one chemical being sprayed in abundance, imagine the abundance of other chemicals (Barium for example) May be doing just as they fall. A little extra help in the radiation factor perhaps?

“Aerosol” is not a chemical, it is a generic term used to describe fine solid or liquid particles suspended in air (or other gas I suppose). Spray paint is an “aerosol” for example, as is smoke.

In fact the CDC had to admit that the increase in Polio was caused by the vaccine…like in Utah…where they finally stopped the program…
and statistically speaking…if one got polio…you had a 1 20,000 chance of it developing into the crippling form…and oh…guess what they found out in 1949…Vitamin C could cure it…

and noone is saying vaccines are perfect…like any medicine they have adverse reactions. But, the odds of an adverse reaction from one is much lower than the chance of actually getting it. Though lately there isn’t much polio anymore since it was wiped out for the most part in developing nations because of the polio vaccine. And yes, the original polio vaccine may have caused polio in rare cases, after all it was the original vaccine. There are mistakes. But, to say that it didn’t wipe out polio would be a massive misinterpretation of facts and looking at just the bad and rare side of things.
41,611 people died in car related incidents in the US in 1999, that’s about 1 in every 7000, much more than people who have adverse reactions from vaccines. Does that mean i shouldn’t drive in the off chance that something may happen?

Since we know global warming is a hoax, and we know they know – because they’re the perpetrators of the hoax – it follows that the spraying isn’t to stop global warming, but for some other nefarious purpose. Aside from the toxins found in chemtrail fallout and the logical implications of that (that it’s part of the overall population reduction plan), there is the speculation (yet to be proven) that the microscopic aluminum chaff in the chemtrails is meant to work with either HAARP or the GWEN network order to incapacitate everyone – or kill us.

By looking at the picture in the article i’m noticing that there is a cloud there that would symbolize a low pressure….if you notice, the supposed ‘chemtrails’ get stronger as they near the cloud….this is called condensation…say it with me again con-den-sa-tion.
What’s happening is the exhaust from the engine of the aircraft put out water vapour. Even your car does it. The difference is that it’s staying in the air because of the low pressure nearby and condensing into larger water droplets to look like a cloud. Since the aircraft are flying near a low pressure, the water vapour is condensing, since it is much easier for water to condense into a cloud in a low pressure environment, this is how clouds form and we get a thing called ‘rain’.
As we see in the picture, the closer the trails get to the cloud, the stronger they get. Which tells me that this is in fact, water vapour, and not some chemical trail crap. It’s called science and meteorology.

Yeah, that’s what I thought until I saw a bright sunny day turn into total thick overcast in a matter of hours as flight after flight passed, even twice saw two planes at same flight level one emitting, the other not (please explain that). Now I pay much closer attention, and there is no doubt in my mind there is lots of chemtrailing going on. Got my super-telephoto (1600mm) optical gear operational just recently and will attempt to get some “close-up” hi-rez footage.

How do you know they were at the same level? How do you know the pressure was the same for each plane? How do you know that the pilot didn’t have the engine higher on one and lower on the other (producing less vapour)? How do you know a low pressure wasn’t moving in on the day, which made it cloudy? If planes emitting these trails make it rain, then why isn’t the whole earth full of massive rain clouds, because, as from what i understand from what others have said, they are so common?
There’s too many unanswered questions to come to the conclusion that there’s a group of people that get the airline industry’s pilot’s to turn on a special thing that makes chemtrails, because it can’t just be in the fuel, because even in some planes the chemtrails have breaks in them. I’m sorry, but i’m not going to jump to a massively complicated answer to the question.

I know they where at the same flight level because as I was watching this all unfold for hours, I measured their size with a caliper and their angle from my vantage point with simple triangulation, afterwards, some simple geometry will give you the flight level. I am a glider pilot, I know how clouds form, I know how clouds behave, I know how clouds look, I know all about dew points, altitude density, and all that stuff, being a glider pilot, I like to fancy myself as somewhat of an expert on clouds, and atmospheric phenomena, seeing as how that’s a glider pilot’s source of propulsion, and I can assure you that what you think may be clouds or vapor trails, are not always so.

Interesting….i guess i’ll keep my eyes out more for the ones that aren’t. I have been watching them since i read about this stuff so i could try and verify, but i haven’t yet seen anything that could qualify as not being water vapour. Maybe most of the time they aren’t, i don’t know. All i’ve been seeing is water vapour, i can tell because like i said to Pea soup in a lower comment the trail ends well after the plane itself, and only water vapour would do that really, and that makes the most sense.

I’ve seen those sneaky SOBs chemtrailing above clouds that partially obscure the trails. I’ve also seen them spraying THROUGH clouds, trying to hide the trails, as they dissipate rather quickly into the clouds. Layer upon layer.
They spray in the wee hours of the morning so that by the time the sun rises, it looks like normal clouds drifting over the cities. I get sinus headaches on those days.
All this is being done secretly. If there were not something sinister going on, then why would we be denied information and the ability to check out those spray canisters for ourselves? Or at least someone in authority (OUR authority – not theirs). Evil needs secrecy to survive. Let’s blow their cover and watch those cockroaches scatter.

Freedom Lover….you spray into the cloud to either seed it try and disperse it. So, no they aren’t trying to ‘hide’ the trails, this is just how it is done.
And no this isn’t being done secretly. I’ve seen many programs on National Geographic and such about this, CNN, and even BBC report on cloud seeding…it’s fairly common place. They try to seed the clouds with silver iodide because when the area is in massive drought it really needs rain, and that is what they are trying to do, create rain. If there is too much water in the area, they do the opposite. Or would you rather die in a flood or go under massive water rationing?
When have you ever asked anyone to see a cloud seeding canister, or are you just jumping to conclusions? It would be rather out of their way to show you it anyways, since you are of no consequence to them and they would have to take them off the plane and everything and even take time out of their day to show you. If you walk up to an auto manufacturing plant and ask them if you can see their assembly line, they’re not going to. Not because they’re loading the frames with uranium, but because it’s going to cost them money and time to give you the tour.

The water vapour needs time to cool and condense, that’s why that happens. If it were smoke of some type it would happen immediately.

MICHELLE thats funny our own local scientist here in N CA. tested the air water and soil and what do you think they found? story even made the local paper and a meeting was held only for the matter to be sent to the state and federal gov. never to be heard from again. pg&e even admitted to cloud seeding or weather modification to create more snow but on a smaller scale. i still have the paper just in case i have to reread and post the story when people like you get on here and try to discredit they exist.

Wow, and that totally means that they’re doing it everywhere…all the time.
Cloud seeding is known to exist, but they don’t put it in jet fuel. The silver iodide wouldn’t distribute properly, nor would there be enough to do anything. They use little prop planes like a cessna to do cloud seeding, because they’re slow and they can load pods that can disperse the silver iodide, much like how at an air show they have smoke pods on the Extra 300s to make it look cool.

What still astounds me is that the public seems completely unaware of chemtrails. It’s as if they don’t even see them, let alone know there is something in the sky that doesn’t belong there. I was going for a walk one day, here in Seattle, and there was a giant “X” drawn across the sky. I was apparently the only one who noticed it, though. Whenever I’m out and I see chemtrails, I always look at the people around me and I’m continually baffled as to why none of them ever look up at the trails, or appear to see them at all. Yo would think people would be standing outside pointing at them and saying, “What the f--- is that?!,” but is never happens. Not only that, but when I have attempted to tell people about them and have even taken them outside and pointed at the trails, hanging in the sky right over their heads, and I say, “Well, what is THAT??!!,” they say, “That’s just clouds.” I’m beginning to wonder if there is some sort of mass hypnosis being used on them.

P.S.: I was watching a movie on Netflix (I think it was “Lakeview Terrace,” starring Samuel L. Jackson) and there is a time-lapse sunset shot in the film that clearly shows exactly the same thing, i.e., a giant “X” across the sky. I have to wonder if producers even noticed the chemtrails when they shot the scene. It was clear as can be, silhouetted against the sunset sky.

Movies and pictures can be “doctored” now. Has anyone considered the possibility that chemtrails are painted into movies, artwork, advertising, etc., so there will be no gap in the brainwashing? As in, for instance, chemtrails in the sky, none in the photographs, and what’s up with that? As if people are being conditioned to think that a sky without them is abnormal. Just an observation.

The weird thing is, I didn’t see them, myself, until January 2008, but they’ve supposedly been around since the early nineties. I think there must be some sort of mental block that prevents one from seeing them. I didn’t notice until after I’d read about them and had viewed video footage and still photos of them on the web. Now I see them all the time, everywhere I go.

This is something that affects us all. Knowing about such proffers a degree of resistance, though not total immunity. Ability to live in well-filtered environment, including transportation modes, coupled with a combination of techniques relating to the physical body, greatly minimize effects, and in some carefully controlled lives who are acutely aware of such (as in at the top), render them negligible.
That it is so low on the agenda of mainstream media, and alternate (including this site over the years) is quite telling.
It represents not just a so-called first shot that so many are waiting for… but a multiplicity of first shots, at, AND IN, you and YOURS.
Part of the reason the populace is so damned complacent, so fearful, so passive, so apathetic, and that includes the portion of populace that regularly posts here who are waiting for ,”they,” to come and get, “them,” then they’ll defend themselves, IS the modulation.

Yupper’s, I’ve seen chemtrails under EVERY single kind of atmospheric condition there is, during Fall, Winter, Spring and Summer. No clouds for a week and chemtrails in the middle, or every day, take your pick, rain or shine. Sometimes hundreds of flights go overhead for days on end and sometimes weeks without a single one. Row after evenly spaced out row for dozens and dozens of miles, as if something is being applied – how do you explain that pattern? Where are all those flights going to and from in the photo in the article? Fishing spots?

i work outside 5 days a week and i noticed that on a clear blue day, there will be very few high altitude jets over my area. then the next day will start off blue, but there will be up to 50 jets cris crossing the sky through out the day leaving non dissipating trails which haze the entire sky. why the big difference in air traffic from one day to the next?

I would see no problem with weather modification, if God was allowing “mankind” to locate another piece of the puzzle which reconnects this mysteries of the universe. Ya know allowing us to manipulate the weather to help bring better conditions to specific parts of the Globe. However, considering all the deception that exists, I strongly believe that “Mankind” may have ulterior motives…considering ancient history….as well as the hysteria it has bred. Leaders of the ancient past believed that “Mankind” was suppose to be united under one rule, the rule of the “Chosen Ones”. Which in the past many leaders strongly believed they were the chosen ones of God. The question that arises is do people still believe that the ancient babylonian mystical ideologies exist today? If they do, then could our leaders have this form of rational thought? Is man God…was man created to become like god? Here comes the greatest question & possible problem…..who is their god & is their god out for their best interests or the interests of “we the sheeple”.

If you drive a car you have a chem trail. There is no button on any aircraft that is titled “polute the citezry below” and if there were our pilots would not push it as they have children and wives and such. Contolling the weather is a necessity as global warming will soon make this planet uninhabitable in places. After all, we do make roads. Isn’t that geoengineering?

here in Roswell ( it’s just a damn little city, the seat of Chevez county, for crying out loud ) we don’t get many of them but when we do, you may as well forget what the weather channel is predicting.
From then on, it never follows the predicted pattern. Weather forecast is important here and I’ve noticed the X and lines. They look like aerial arrays in my electronics engineering opinion.
Lord knows what’s in them; barium, red cells, chicken dung; for all I know. Bastards.

10 o clock am I got out side with my camera and note contrails west to east east to west planes as many as 12 going east to west leaving solid 1 wide contrails 2 wide contrails. Noon contrails have spead out a bit sky is still blue. 2 o clock contrails are gone sky is hazy looking at the horizon it is white till about a 15 degree angle up from my view point then it goes back to blue. Note random contrails in all directions. contrail spotted earlier in the day straight up from me now looks like a ribcage coming down on me abou 3 miles wide. 4 o’clock sun likes like its setting kinda a pretty orange color sky is mostly gray. Many different types of patterns and shapes really pretty x’s and water color paint type blotches. 6 o clock its getting dark it is chille out sunset is pink peach colored east is totally gray blue dark. No solid blue anywhere in sky impossible to to tell were gray horizon ends blue begins. 7 o clock sky is dark no stars 8 o clock sky looks like fat setting on top on of refrigerated roast beef juices area around sun is irridescent by 10 o clock it gets cooked off. horizon is gray till 15 degrees up. I am pissed off
