It should be obvious by now Hillary Clinton is not only guilty of having classified and top secret information on her unsecured home email server, but she also lied about it.

If anybody but a handful of select people did this, they would be arrested, indicted and locked up in prison for a long time.

“The fact that she [Clinton] failed to safeguard that, that she put it on a non-secured, non-government server after she swore an oath, the same oath that General Petraeus did to secure it makes her a prime candidate for prosecution,” said Judge Andrew Napolitano on Wednesday.

“The government does not have to show that she intended to treat them negligently. The government does not have to show harm. It only has to show negligent treatment. The evidence is overwhelming,” said Napolitano.

Despite this Clinton is allowed to walk around free. She is permitted to run for president. The DNC is oblivious because Clinton is the only somewhat viable candidate they have. If Clinton does down, the alternative is Joe Biden, as Donald Trump said on Wednesday.

“If she—for instance, gets indicted—if she has to go on trial, they’re going to have Biden or somebody else come in, we’ll see what happens. I wouldn’t mind that either,” he said. “But he could come in. I’ve heard of numerous people. But I have a feeling if she’s indicted—which a lot of people—say she will be. I say maybe not because they’re going to protect her but a lot of people say she will be,” Trump said.

Biden, of course, would be slaughtered by Bernie Sanders. This is a worse case scenario for the Democrats.

Democrats defend Hillary and the wife of the former boss of the Federal Reserve, Andrea Mitchell, says the Intelligence Community’s inspector general, I. Charles McCullough III, is “selectively” leaking information in coordination with Republicans.

In other words it’s all a vast rightwing conspiracy (again).
