With Hurricanes At Thirty Year Low, Gore Turns To Photoshop

With the increasingly discredited notion of man-made global warming crashing and burning on a daily basis, climate alarmists are being forced to accelerate their fearmongering to unprecedented levels. With the evidence failing to match up to the doomsday proclamations, Al Gore has turned to photoshop in order to make a CO2-choked earth look scary enough to sell his cap and trade scam.

The latest example of climate cult fakery comes in the form of the front cover of Al Gore’s new book, Our Choice; A Plan To Solve The Climate Crisis.
Shortly after the devastation of Katrina, Al Gore was busy making a correlation between hurricanes and global warming in an effort to drive home his claim that higher global CO2 emissions cause an increase in extreme weather events. The cover art for Gore’s movie, An Inconvenient Truth, features an image of a hurricane rising out of a smoke stack.
Seemingly underwhelmed that there have been no major hurricanes since Katrina, along with the fact that global hurricane activity is now at a thirty year low, Gore came up with an ingenious method of solving the problem of the lack of scary depictions of frightening hurricanes to display on his book – simply airbrush them in!
Ryan Maue, hurricane expert from the University of Florida writes:
The cover opens and closes half and half — so you only see one hurricane…as in the press release photo or the one on Amazon.
But this is the real picture sequence from the book which I looked at Borders today and took cell-phone pictures, original (before the retouching by some “artist”) Note all of the Arctic ice and the size of the Florida Peninsula…
And the final product:
A midget Southern Hemisphere cyclone is off the coast of Florida, another hurricane is sitting on the equator off the coast of Peru — and the Arctic Ice is gone (perhaps it is summer) and the Florida Peninsula is half gone
There are other differences I am sure you can find — but the hurricanes are just nonsense…
Despite the fact that CO2 levels are at their highest for 15 million years, just like global temperatures, hurricane activity has dropped off dramatically, as the graph below illustrates.
Gore has now dropped the presentation from his slideshow claiming a link between CO2 emissions and hurricanes.
There is a clear correlation between the natural ebb and flow of global temperatures and hurricanes, but none whatsoever with human CO2 emissions. As many skeptics have attempted to highlight, in the face of official intimidation and quasi-religious decrees that “the debate is over,” temperature levels prompted by natural factors leads the concentration of CO2 in the atmosphere, not the other way around.
With his invention of scary hurricanes for the purposes of his book, Gore is merely following his new ethos that “Simply laying out the facts won’t work,” in the attempt to corral a highly skeptical public into believing claims about man-made global warming.
This represents another grasping at straws as Gore adapts his propaganda into the form of a religious sermon in a desperate effort to claw back rapidly evaporating poll numbers that show 20% of Americans have changed their minds over the last three years and become man-made global warming skeptics.

Water in the southern hemisphere does NOT flow in the opposite direction– just atmospheric stuff like lows spin clockwise, and highs spin CCW. Yeah, Gore’s book has a clockwise-spinning hurricane off that tiny Florida peninsula!! Haha!!! What a fricken bonehead!!

The hurricane off the coast of Florida is spinning clockwise, which is what cyclones in the Southern hemisphere do. they airbrushed in an image of a southern hemisphere storm in the northern hemisphere. Great stuff

I just find it to be the most amusing kind of irony that Gore’s team of enviro-nazi goons aren’t even educated enough about the environment to understand how strom systems work in different hemispheres and so forth. You can’t even say that it was just some ignorant “artist” because you just KNOW that Gore had to review and APPROVE it!!!
This would be a great way to launch a campaign about just how egregious Gore’s ignorance about all of this REALLY is. It certainly would lend credence to his incompetence as a “Climate Change” figure head. Maybe we could derail the “Crappy Traitor” schemer once and for all.

The hurricane I was referring to in the picture is the one off the coast of florida. It’s spinning in a clockwise direction which is wrong.

I’m from florida dude. We used to sit in our front yard with lawn chairs and a cooler full of beer and aas the hurricane was going over us. I miss those days. Haven’t had one in years. The hurricane forces in the atlantic are driven by the partial monsoon season of asia. And that is affected by the el nino/la nina cycle of the pacific. And all of it is affected by the jet stream. AND that is affected by the great ocean conveyor. WOW

I do believe the earth is going through some natural cycles that we may be speeding up or may not. But I don’t believe anything Al Gore has to say, instead of attacking him for global warming we should bring up his points on NAFTA in the early 90’s, use that against him. Explain how NAFTA has only bankrupted the USA of manual labor jobs and Ross Perot even said that…. Not defending but… The biggest threat to all of US citizens is our dependency on foreign oil. The biggest difference between Alt energy and oil is the emissions. Al uses Fear (just like AJ, Rush, Franken, etc.) to scare people into his idea of the “right” direction, away from foreign dependencies. Alex Jones, viewed by many as a prominent 9/11 truth movement figure, has recently promoted the ‘birther’ position by featuring a story on the subject at his website Prison Planet and having Berg as a guest on his show to talk about the issue. While Jones is more widely known for the extreme libertarian views he espouses on his daily radio show, many of those involved in 9/11 truth consider him to be one of the movement’s most important advocates.
One might argue that if Alex Jones promotes 9/11 truth that the benefit of the exposure he is able to achieve outweighs the potential negative effect his other interests might have on the movement. Many argue that ‘all press is good press.’ However, in the case of Alex Jones, not only does this appear to be a foolish assumption, but his promotion of the ‘birther’ issue stands in stark contrast to the founding principles of 9/11 truth movement.
We have clearly seen in the past that Alex Jones is used by the mainstream media to undermine the movement, most recently when he was identified as being a potential influence on the Pittsburgh police shooter. One might argue that the movement gets this kind of treatment all the time, and yet you don’t see less ideological figures like Richard Gage, for instance, being tied to violence or extremism. It is certainly what Alex Jones advocates that makes him, and by association the 9/11 truth movement, a victim of such negative publicity.
In the case of his support for the ‘birther’ issue we should identify an even more obvious problem. As it is clear that the issue is based in fallacy, how are we to take seriously Alex Jones’ commitment to truth. Central to the credibility of the 9/11 truth movement is a strict adherence to the promotion of well founded, factual information. We make room for speculation within the realm of research. But prominent movement news is factual news. In contrast, we see here Alex Jones promoting an outright fallacy.
The 9/11 truth movement is a non-partisan effort. There should be no intent to restrict participation based on valid and tolerant political viewpoints. The picture is clearly trying to show a hypothetical doomsday situation the author feels can be attributed to man made global warning. No polar ice caps, a ton of hurricanes and higher sea levels (small florida and central america)

Re Mr Watson’s remark about ‘and look at the size of Florida’ to me does not represent a bad Photoshop. If you look carefully, Mexico got skinnier, part of Nova Scotia is missing, Cape Cod disappeared along with a good deal of Central America; I think this is meant to represent the rising oceans. I don’t know the contours but I would guess somewhere between 50 and 200 feet. I think that’s a wee bit much.

Claims in Defense of Alex Jones + Rebuttals
Alex has done a lot to wake people up and spread truth.
He’s amassed great wealth for himself and bombards his fans with 3 hour radio shows, 1 hour tv shows, and endless dvd documentaries full of repetition, wasted space, and commercials for himself. This wasted time could be better spent on people who would be more well known if the Zionist controlled alternative media (Alex Jones + others) weren’t in place.
Alex is the grand daddy of 911
Exposing Northwoods documents prior to 911 doesn’t make for a “grand daddy” status. The documents were declassified, and in the plans I don’t believe there was mention of human casualties. How do we know that the piece wasn’t cooperatively planted? I know I wasn’t the only one watching tv that day that could tell what was really going on without needing those documents or knowledge of AJ. Alex getting the most press about 911 truth is more of a tell of his cooperation than evidence of him being the “grand daddy”.

This has all been planned since before we were born. There is a video by Stewart Best entitled
“The Iron Mountain Report” that outlines a report about how to maintain control of the population during the transition from a period of war to a period of peace, claiming that it is war that is required to hold the people together and that there is the possibility that they could lose control of the people during this transition which would require some outside threat whether it be planned or maybe from some natural threat such as “Global Warming”.

ya now being years into the chemtrail spraying , huge streaks across the skies !what are the health risk ?are we all going to need to wear gas mask and drink colloidal silver ?is it like asbestos fibers in the lungs ? we humans made into host for morgellons and or nano fiber living transponders humans or animals all chemtrailed out with nano dust filled bodies and brains picking up the waves from elf towers and by by satellite ,haarp , we the people made into human antennas for the brainwashing signals if thats the case . and for sure there is a modified sky full of the seeded clouds that are are just metal fiber chemical plums . .the chemtrail crud is mixed with the storm systems and normal cloud systems as well !and that makes for a storm to look even darker with bright lightning being even more dimmer then usual .could this slow down storms a little bit.why is no one flying around up there collecting test samples from the streaks or plums to find out more of what is in them with docu proof.! heard it cost 20.000 a day to rent a plane that does that collects air samples .thats enough said before some corporate shill does that idea for the government as well ,its ok guys the chemtrail test samples came out to be just ice cream and sugar and vitamins thats all your getting sprayed with its good and it will be like a sun screen of ice cream to protect you from global warming so you guys can all go back to sleep now thats the final chemtrail report!

hmm yeah all this al gore (sh#t)..global warming is a scam..what the hell about h.a.a.r.p…or what about the chemtrails..i didnt use to believe either until someone pointed them out to me…my father was a pilot in the airforce..he thought i was crazy until i pointed them out to him..now he is awake and tells me not to watch cnn.fox…wake up sheep!!! time for another shepard…

If the coastal areas flood like in Gore’s picture all at once, I estimate a net loss of 50 – 75 million liberal warmingers (California coast, western Oregon & Washington, New Orleans, peninsular Florida, Cape Cod & Boston, Rhode Island, lower New York, etc.). “Fly over country” would dominate the political and economic future of the US.
Too bad Gore lives in Tennessee, he’s safe. Unless folks along the Gulf Coast move north to high ground and invade his massive home.
Just wishful thinking.
