Workers Cut Fed Black Fiber, Black SUVs Arrive Moments Later

This part happens all the time: A construction crew putting up an office building in the heart of Tysons Corner a few years ago hit a fiber optic cable no one knew was there.

Whose line, you may ask? The guys in suits didn’t say, recalled Aaron Georgelas, whose company, the Georgelas Group, was developing the Greensboro Corporate Center on Spring Hill Road. But Georgelas assumed that he was dealing with the federal government and that the cable in question was “black” wire — a secure communications line used for some of the nation’s most secretive intelligence-gathering operations.
“The construction manager was shocked,” Georgelas recalled. “He had never seen a line get cut and people show up within seconds. Usually you’ve got to figure out whose line it is. To garner that kind of response that quickly was amazing.”
Black wire is one of the looming perils of the massive construction that has come to Tysons, where miles and miles of secure lines are thought to serve such nearby agencies as the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, the National Counterterrorism Center and, a few miles away in McLean, the Central Intelligence Agency. After decades spent cutting through red tape to begin work on a Metrorail extension and the widening of the Capital Beltway, crews are now stirring up tons of dirt where the black lines are located.

“Dogfood” If you want quick response time from “911″, simply say to the the operator “Look, I know you guys stay very busy, but if you can’t be here in two minutes, don’t bother to come at all, I’ll shoot this sorry bastard dead, then stuff the body in my trash dumpster and clean up the mess myself!”. Where I live (Atlanta), if you call “911″ and report a perpetrator is heavily armed, you can expect a 1 to 2 hour response time (”we were BUSY!”) – the police want to be CERTAIN they don’t get themselves hurt!

They did have the same response time on the day of 9/11, but the response was to keep the window of opportunity open just long enough so that everything would go according to plan. In many ways it resembled a speeding car going through a city, as the green lights escourted them through with absolute precision.
I have talked with a few former Air Force and air traffic controllers that seem to feel the official story is impossible. One guy said the odds of this happening were like throwing a hand full of sewing needles into the air and having them all align in such a way that a thread could be shot through all of the needle eyes without missing.

I think this has to do with privacy concerns. If the wires were being used by agencies such as the NCC, we may have to assume that the government is using this for what they define as “national security.”
From what we have seen over the years, anything that is defined as national security means further violations of our constitutional right to privacy.

1) Anglo-American countries gorge themselves on cheap slave goods provided by third world countries without thinking of the consequences or the in-humane consequences of their actions.

2) Elites prop up the dictators of these 3rd world countries and build slave grids to benchmark the best way to finally roll up the western world into enslavement.

4) Elites finally position themselves to implode the ‘bubbled’ economies of the Anglo-American countries they were feeding with un-equal distribution of wealth.
5) Total colapse leads to destruction of the western economies allowing them to be consolidated and for all remaining wealth to be ciphered off back out of sovereign hands and into the hands of the elites.

These are fiber optic cables capable of carrying many times the communications load of a satellite uplink. Also because they are cables they must be physically spliced into in order to intercept any traffic, satellite signals can be received openly and all security hinges completely on the strength of encryption used. Hard lines are far more secure and redundant, they don’t rely on delicate electronics floating in the vacuum of space constantly bombarded by high energy radiation and particles from the sun.

The construction crew must have been under surveillance from the start. The spooks would have known where their own cable is and they probably knew there was construction going on in the area, so they had it under watch.

About 15 years ago a crew at the company I worked for hit a line at Banger which is a military base in Washington State and the MPs showed up with guns drawn. The strange thing about this story is the new BLACK ARMY that has been created. Reminds me of Animal Farm by George Orwell. The pigs raise the dogs up for their own security enforcement Army. Face it the US lost the one war that was most important. We the People dictate to the Government not the other way around. We have lost that war and that loss will cost us are freedom.

Correct, there are two seperate networks. The one tied to the internet is called NIPRNet (Nonsecure Internet Protocol Router Network), and the secret network is called SIPRNet (Secret Internet Protocol Router Network).

This is typical. A few months ago I was in Edna, TX buying a .410 for my son. While waiting for the background check the owner of the pawn shop was telling me about convict that tried to buy a gun a few days earlier and that within 10 minutes the ATF and FBI was there to arrest him.
Edna is a small farming community that is close to nothing and no one that this man talked to knew of any federal agents residing in the area. This tells me these guys are planted every where.

At least they admitted who’s line it was. As a gov. contractor I have cut buried lines that did not show on any ones blue prints, that even the telephone company did not know about. Nobody showed up to claim the lines and it was just assumed they fed into a CIA building known to be in the area. We just repaired the cable. In the case of the article above, all the people above had to do to know exactly how far away from their location the break was was to use an OTDR (Optical Time Domain Reflector Meter). It sends a laser beam, usually infrared, down the fiber optic line and can show the distance to connections and breaks in the line and the distance to them.
