World Bank offers dire forecast for world economy

In a bleaker assessment than those of most private forecasters, the World Bank predicted Sunday that the global economy would shrink in 2009 for the first time since World War II.

Until now, even extremely pessimistic forecasters have predicted that the global economy would eke out a tiny expansion but had warned that even a growth rate of 5 percent in China would be a disastrous slowdown, given the enormous pressure there to create jobs for the country’s rural population.
The World Bank also warned that global trade would contract for the first time since 1982, and that the decline would be the biggest since the 1930s.
In a report prepared for a meeting next week of finance ministers from the 20 industrialized and large developing countries, the World Bank said the economic crisis that started with junk mortgages in the United States was causing havoc for poorer countries around the world, not only stifling their growth but also choking off their access to credit as well.

Even key European states such as Germany are being seduced and/or obliged to move ever more meaningfully into Russia’s political orbit, notwithstanding the pretense of being “Pro-US” of some new European leaders. Oil and gas exporting states of Central Asia are moving firmly into Russia’s orbit. The trend is also notable in the Middle East with the “Look East” policies of its key powers. India is moving more firmly into Russia’s orbit, despite “good” relations with the US for the purposes of acquisition of advanced technologies. Key African and Latin American energy exporting states are aligning with Russia and the East. All the members of the Multifarious East share a common world vision – the so-called “multipolarity” which, when translated, means an early end to US-led unipolarity. Increasingly, along political, geopolitical, security, energy, economic and diplomatic lines, these powers combine to form a de facto geopolitical bloc of the East opposed to (or at the very least unsympathetic to and unsupportive of) unipolarity and all its perpetuating fixtures, elements, instruments, manifestations, machinations and foundations

America’s power is all but gone. A once powerful nation that prided itself on rugged individualism and productivity now prides itself on indulgence and consumerism. And it is not by accident.
A monetary system that rewards parasites and penalizes the middle class is doomed. It has nothing to do with capitalism or free-market economics. It has everything to do with a monetary system that is designed to loot your wealth and capture it for the owners of the system.
The central bankers took over America in 1913. America was conquered when the Federal Reserve Act was passed.
It is time for revolution. And the only revolution that will be effective against the central bankers is a monetary revolution.
If you stop using the filthy money that they supply to you, their banking system will dissolve. When you switch to an alternative currency the bankers will no longer be able to steal from you through inflation and usury. You will not be dependent upon them for credit and you will no longer be dictated to by the politicians that the bankers employ.

The context of my post is that this ain’t a U.S. centric world. The relationships that Russia is building isn’t narrowly-defined by “monetary policy”. You need to “read the whole thing” not just “cherry-pick” what you like.

No, the Federal Reserve Notes (US Dollars) have nothing to do with gold or reserves of any kind. They do indeed just pull it out of their criminal asses.

Went down to a bank the other day and opened a new account. Little fat banker sitting there has no idea what his role in the system of things really is. the federal gets money from? the reserve? but where did that come from? the gold found? idk. i do know that when the govt wants money we ask the federal bank for it…so we draw up some bs fancy looking paper and hand it to them and they hand us bills back such as the 20’s 10’s and ect we use today. so depending on the answers to my other questions if they pull and make money out of their ass whey cant we create another bank by the pl..like litteraly by the pl just as lincoln had tried to do with the green bank.. i do know that something that has stopped it is that the laws were made by bankers. if u look at it like a person going to the fed bank for money and another bank is opened and offering a better deal why not go there. we just need to get that bank open…linconls green bank. ya sounds far out there but its only cuz its on a bigger scale than just u and me going to a little bank and finding another one offering a better deal… make sense?
