PEOPLE NEED TO KNOW MORE TRUTH ABOUT FLUORIDE!!!
If you use tap water for ice cubes: You’re still getting fluoridated!!!
If you get water at a restaurant: You’re still getting fluoridated!!!
If you get any drink with ice at a restaurant: You’re still getting fluoridated!!!
Even though most restaurants have water filtering systems: They still don’t filter out fluoride!!!
If you use a berkee or brita water filter… it does not get rid of fluoride!!! It does get rid of most bad things but not fluoride!!! Cause it takes reverse osmosis & distillation to get pure water.
If you use tap water to boil noodles or any other thing: You’re getting super fluoridated!!!
Because sodium fluoride is a mineral just like salt… so when you boil it… it actually concentrates it down… Just like if you boil salt water… the water evaporates then leaves the salt behind. Only IF you distill the water & recapture the pure water vapor in a distiller will you actually capture the pure water off of boiling it.

IF you buy baagged ice that comes from a gas station it does come from the city source (meaning fluoridated): But… WHAT I DON”T KNOW (someone might be able to enlighten us all) Is:
if the process of making the ice (with a running of water over refrigerated plates… letting the water freeze & accumulate on the frozen plates… than shaking them to knock the ice off of them when it reaches the desired thickness) Actually freezes only pure water to the plates??? or pure water with fluoride with it???

Good post… I don’t know about the ice makers but I would find it highly unlikely that this process removes sodium flouride. I think it should be stated that all sodas, juices, drinks of every sort in the supermarket are made with flouridated water and therefore flouridated. Everything that is processed in any way with water is contaminated. The fact is the only way to avoid being poisoned one way or another is to control EVERY aspect of you food supply from seed to table and your water source needs to be tested for purity. I have a well but I even have my doubts that they may add sodium flouride to the salt for the water softener… anyone have any info on this?

Wells aften contain arsenic – you should get it tested for this.
Also skeletal fluoridosis (bad skeleton deformation) is prevalent in China & India, from drinking naturally occurring fluoride in well water.

Thanks – I didn’t know about the boiling noodles, etc. I steam veges with fluoride-free water. I buy boxed fluoride-free water, but it’s in soft plastic, which releases phthalates into the water (causing the feminisation of men & male animals), so you can’t win! Better than the polycarbonate hard water bottles though (the big tanks you use in offices/shops/cafes), which contain cancer- & other problems-causing BPA – I emailed the manufacturer to get that confirmation.
I’m sure the ice still contains fluoride. (BTW freezing plastic, like heating plastic, releases dangerous plastic chemicals, eg. xenoestrogens linked to breast cancer, into the ice/food – this has been found in studies by testing the ice/food afterwards)
You mentioned drinks, so people don’t forget soy milk is made with fluoridated water (even if the ingredients say “filtered water” – it’s only filtered of chlorine, etc NOT fluoride, since it’s cost-prohibitive to filter for fluoride too.) Also milk – since cows drink fluoridated water.
Also those big juicy strawberries/apples etc are fed with fluoridated water.
Also soy sauce is not filtered of fluoride. I emailed a Certified Organic brand & they said it is made with Chinese well water – which could mean anything!!! But as I mentioned above skeletal fluorosis is a problem in China, so fluoride may be in the well water.
Remember tea, especially green tea, is a natural strong source of fluoride. If you have one cup of green tea with fluoridated water, you are probably already over your safe daily limit. (That could be contributing to skeletal fluorosis in China & India). I wish I had a list of teas & their different fluoride & tannin levels. (Tannin is carcinogenic) Herbal tea is best.

actually i have a berkey british berkfeld and it does filter fluoride. there are seperate filters you can get for your berkey that specifically filter fluoride. they work in combination with the other filters.

Distilling is most reliable but is expensive and must be de contaminated (decalcified).

I dare you to get your water tested for flouride. It is a naturally occurring thing I’m sure you drink from your well. There are places in the US, New Mexico being one, that has 10x the recommended amount of flouride in well water.

Doe… quite apart from industrial contamination, flouride is a naturally ocurring mineral and is an essential trace mineral HOWEVER sodium flouride is an industrial byproduct and a neurotoxin/poison that is deliberately added to water supplies. This is the disinfo spin that is put on flouride… natural flouride is NOT the same as sodium flouride.

Reverse osmosis still does not get the fluoride out. Distilling takes out everything. Here is the sight I bought my distiller from(paypal):

They are the cheapest I have found, It makes about 4 gallons a day. Then I use the plasma ph drops to bring the water ph to 10. Buy a distiller, it will be the best decision.

How interesting that among the English speaking world it is the “colonies” that are heavily fluoridated, while the queen’s immediate realm is less so. A personal anecdote, I live in a currently non-fluoridated area . When I moved here every dentist I went to remarked how good my teeth were and that I must have been raised on fluoridated water. LOL Nope, well water, I would reply. What tools. A few years ago the idiot population in my area voted to fluoridate the water supply. We get our water from a virgin, unspoiled mountain lake. WTF??? Fortunately, some of the more aware citizens formed a committee and have so far successfully blocked the poisoning of our water through legal and political procedures.

One of the fastest ways for the body to absorb things is under the tongue. So even if you don’t swallow the fluoride, you’re still absorbing it. There are many fluoride-free toothpastes on the market, but you may have to go to a health food store.

If you suffer from extremely bad head aches, such as migraine or cluster headaches, Please take a minute to think about this.
My closest friend suffered with the most extreme headaches possible, it started when she was only a child, some 37 years of his life.
The Doctors did every, and I mean EVERY possible test, thinking because the headaches were so bad that it must be a tumor or something that was going to kill her soon.
They could find zero, then tried every possible drugs they could think of, almost like they were experimenting on her! Nothing took away the pain, puking from the pain, hypersensitivity to even the smallest noise or light.
She would be totally unable to function for 8-20 HOURS when the bad headaches (or migraine but this name is so taken for granted it seems lately, I don’t think people understand how bad they can truly be).
She always took great care of herself, eats right, took vitamins, stayed away from the bad stuff.
She had some form of headache every day of her life almost, headaches that she said that she had become use too, but most people would probably think they were dieing if they had the same headache.
About 3 times a month she would suffer the debilitating super attack headache that I mentioned above, ones that she could not function and would be in the most horrendous pain, puking, hypersensitivity, etc.
BUT THEN EVERYTHING CHANGE 8 MONTHS AGO, THESE MIGRAINE HEAD ACHES SUDDENLY DISAPPEARED AS IF SHE NEVER HAD THEM!!!!
PEOPLE, this is one of the most moving things I have ever seen and now I hope even one person LEARNS from what stopped her super migraines….’
AS I SAID, SHE ALWAYS TOOK GREAT CARE OF HERSELF, SHE BECAME AWARE OF THE FLUORIDE DEBATE AND SIMPLY MADE A DEPICTION TO STOP INGESTING FLUORIDATED TAP & BOTTLE WATER.
SHE DID NOT EVEN CONSIDER HER HEADACHES WHEN SHE DECIDED TO STOP FLUORIDE (long ago she gave up trying to stop them, so did the doctors),
SHE DID IT FOR HER OVERALL HEALTH BUT WITH IN TWO WEEKS SHE REALIZED HER HEADACHES WERE TRULY DECREASING IN PAIN; IN 4 WEEKS HER SUPER MIGRAINES WERE GONE!!!
IT HAS BEEN 8 MONTHS AND SHE HAS NOT HAD A MIGRAINE ATTACK OR HEADACHE SINCE SHE STOPPED INGESTING TAP WATER.
SHE ONLY DRINKS “AQUAFINA” BOTTLE WATER; THIS IS ONE OF THE ONLY WATERS AVAILABLE THAT IS 100% FLUORIDE FREE. ‘
Remember almost all bottle waters have just as much fluoride in them as regular tap water, very few are fluoride free. Also remember that fluoride can NOT be simple filtered and regular water filters do nothing to stop fluoride.

A capital-letter screaming great plug for Aquafina.
We’re distilling our own water out of the air.
Just buy a used de-humidifier at a thrift store.
Be sure to clean the dust off the coils and wash
out the water reservoir.
It makes 5-6 gallons per day, then run it through
your Berkey to finish. Works great and CHEAP!
(We paid $11 for the dehumidifier).

if fluoride is a naturally occurring trace mineral in the water, then it has always been there and always will be. All of our ancestors have taken in this mineral. Why would it SUDDENLY be bad for humans to consume? Sodium fluoride, as I understand it, is a patented chemical that sold as an orthodontic aid but is used to make people docile and cause thyroid, skeletal, and other maladies. Is this correct?
I’m just asking.

guys!! i got a berkey sport filter its plastic but non bpa plastic. i did a special test to make sure it was working right pour 1 teaspoon of food coloring to 1 gallon of water and if the water filters through clear its working and mine works great. its about 209 dollars on ebay

I know from personal experiece that when I moved from a city that used fluoridated water and added immense amounts of chlorine to get rid of the E coli and moved to a remote location in the country and started drinking water from a deep well, my gums stopped bleeding within six months.
While I was drinking the fluoridated water, my dentist used to give me hell for not flossing my teeth, saying it was causing my gums to bleed.
But I had been flossing regularly and my gums still bled.
So much for fluoridation.

take a step out…and then take a gander in… what do you see???
there are other dimensions to be explored. Sodium Flouride helps blockade our natural born ability to experience our purest form. Meditate everyday, until you are able to leave your body and see everything from another dimension…. It is pretty breath taking, i must say.
So, de flouridate yourself, then imagine the widest, furthest, greatest perspective possible. Now, what do you see?

To the north of where I am, is a not-so-big town called Port Macquarie (NSW, Australia) They have just installed a flouride system to start flouridating the water. A little seaside place !! This is now totally out of control.
