September 11, 2001 changed many things in America. As the 10th anniversary of those terror attacks approaches, many people across the country are looking back at what`s changed since that morning.

Neither Bismarck State College President Larry Skogen, or Dakota Institute Director Clay Jenkinson were in North Dakota when the twin towers fell. But both remember exactly where they were, as do most of us that morning.
