A new report reveals plans to keep residents and dignitaries safe during the NATO Summit include a no-fly zone, with a shoot-to-kill mandate for those who break the ban.
As CBS 2’s Susanna Song reports, the government is warning small plane pilots that if they enter the no-fly zone during the summit, they may be shot down.
This is no joke. It will be enforced for May 19 to May 21.
The flight advisory was issued by the Federal Aviation Administration. The advisory bans non-commercial aircraft from flying within 10 nautical miles of downtown Chicago and below 18,000 feet.
As covered by Steve & Paul Joseph Watson of Prisonplanet.com and Infowars.com, this comes amidst deep concerns by Chicago residents for their homes and their own personal safety during the NATO summit. As reported, numerous residents received letters from management advising them to find other “places to stay:”
“We are STRONGLY recommending that all residents find places to stay during the conference from May 18 through May 21.”
“In the event of a riot or the potential of one near the building, all access doors will be locked including the garage door,” the letter continues. “For everyone’s safety, we will be instructing anyone in the building to stay in his or her unit.”
Is all this preparation actually necessary? Or are they trying evoke a state of panic so that the public can acclimate to obeying government orders without question?
