Numerous videos showing nervous, hungry Venezuelans panic-buying in supermarkets and waiting in long lines for staple items like flour are surfacing, depicting a nation in the throes of economic collapse and food scarcity.
Scenes like these may become a regular occurrence for the South American nation as it recently announced a fifth round of currency devaluation (which will inevitably lead to more inflation).
