District Council 37 Local 371 rallied at the doorstep of Brooklyn District Attorney Charles J. Hynes’s headquarters April 6 to protest his charging two former Administration for Children’s Services workers with criminally negligent homicide in the murder of Marchella Brett-Pierce, a 4-year-old who was found malnourished and allegedly beaten to death by her mother.
