Newly released Seattle police dash camera footage reveals the alleged assault by SPD officers at a Georgetown parking lot in 2010.

The video obtained by the KOMO Investigators shows officers, including David Bauer, punching a suspect under arrest 17 times in the head and face after an officer appears to kick the man in the stomach.

A civil suit claims police were called after the bar said members of the family brought beer inside instead of buying drinks. They had been working as custodians at the bank that night. The men who had been drinking and ejected from the bar parked in front of the bank to wait for their relatives to finish their shift.

Confusion and a Spanish language barrier made the traffic stop difficult to follow.
