snowdenA little more than a month ago, Edward Snowden became a household name. His revealing of the massive spy grid, set up by our “National Security Agency (NSA),” has all but faded into the background as other overly hyped media stories, such as the Zimmerman case, have taken precedence.

Congress is voting tomorrow (Wednesday, July 24th) on an amendment that would block funding for NSA programs that collect the call records of innocent Americans. Remind your congressman that these are YOUR communications.

Privacy is what it means to be a free human. Don’t forget that. Despite the many distractions in your life, this is the easiest thing you can do to voice your concerns.

Step 3: Kindly ask what your Rep’s position is on the amendment is.
Step 4: Express your support for the Amendment (Website even gives you a script to read if you are nervous or don’t know what to say)
