Washington has declared War on America and the Bill of Rights, by legalizing the indefinite detention of citizens without trial or recourse under the NDAA, and further, by declaring a cyber war where Pentagon agents will police the Internet and shut down websites under legislation like SOPA and by the use of unmanned drones against civilians on the homeland and abroad.

Host Mike Adams, of, covers the shameful attack on the Bill of Rights and due process under the indefinite detention provisions under the NDAA. This 2012 defense authorization bill also includes a declaration of war against the Internet and power grab where the Pentagon declares the right to shut down websites, under the guise of cybersecurity and anti-piracy efforts.

Darrin McBreen examines the impact of the cyber war theater and speaks with computer science academics about the Internet Kill Switch, SOPA anti-piracy legislation and what it all means for free speech and core American values. One person commented that the legislation amounts to a “literal assault on free speech,” calling it a “mute on humans in general.”
