In order to set the stage for further attacks against Muslims, most notably Iran, Israel has cooked up a transparently phony terrorist attack against Bush. “Israel accused six Arabs on Friday of trying to set up an al Qaeda cell in Israel and said one of them had proposed attacking helicopters used during a visit by President George W. Bush,” reports Reuters.

Recall Israel’s shabby attempt to create a fake al-Qaeda cell in the Gaza Strip back in December, 2002. “The head of preventive security in Gaza, Rashid Abu Shbak, said Israeli agents posing as operatives of al-Qaeda recruited Palestinians in the Gaza Strip,” the Sydney Morning Herald reported at the time. “Mr. Abu Shbak said his services had traced back to Israel mobile phone calls and emails — purportedly from Germany and Lebanon — asking Palestinians to join al-Qaeda. One email had even been ‘signed’ by the al-Qaeda leader, Osama bin Laden.” Money was provided by “Palestinian collaborators with Israel” directly to the supposed al-Qaeda recruits or “was transferred from bank accounts in Jerusalem or Israel,” according to Palestinian security. The phony al-Qaeda cell appeared soon after then Israeli Prime Minister, Ariel Sharon, declared al-Qaeda militants were operating in the Gaza Strip and in Lebanon.
Other documented Israeli false flag operations include the Lavon Affair in 1954, the Tripoli “Plan Trojan” (as documented by former Mossad agent, Victor Ostrovski), the murderous attack on the USS Liberty in 1967, and the attempted assassination of U.S. ambassador John Gunther Dean in Lebanon. As author Livia Rokach has noted, Israel has consistently employed false flag terror for political objectives (see Rokach’s Israel’s Sacred Terrorism).
Recall, as well, the suspicious “dancing Israelis” arrested on September 11, 2001, and the allegation that Israeli intelligence, collaborating with the CIA, monitored (or handled) the movements of Mohammed Atta and Marwan al-Shehhi prior to the 9/11 attacks (see Mossad-Agenten waren Atta auf der Spur, in German).
Now we are expected to believe al-Qaeda, a documented CIA intelligence and false flag terror contrivance, managed to set-up an operation in Jerusalem.
“Israel’s Shin Bet counter-intelligence agency said one of the suspects had used his mobile phone to film helicopters at a sports stadium in Jerusalem that was used as a landing site for Bush’s delegation,” Reuters continues. “The suspect then posted queries on Web sites frequented by al Qaeda operatives, asking for guidance on how to shoot down the helicopters, the agency said in a statement.”
It should be noted that several alleged al-Qaeda websites have been hosted in Texas and Maryland, the latter in curious proximity to the CIA’s headquarters in Virginia (see this write-up on suspicious al-Qaeda websites that track back to the United States).
Considering the above, it is hardly improbable that Israeli intelligence would attempt to assassinate Bush — or at least make the claim it had uncovered a nefarious plot to assassinate him — and thus push into the red its ongoing plan to further embroil the United States in Israel’s long-standing political objectives, namely its plan to not only further isolate the Palestinians, but attack its Arab and Muslim neighbors and reduce their countries to smoldering ruins, using the destruction of Iraq as a template.
It is no secret Israel wants Iran decimated in similar fashion, an objective it prefers the United States accomplish. Accusing the usual suspect — the well-documented fraud going by the name al-Qaeda – as an excuse to push this agenda likely makes sense to Israeli intelligence, but for those of us paying attention it is simply yet another signal that the Israelis and their American neocon collaborators will stop at nothing to kill Muslims and further their contrived “clash of civilizations” agenda.
