Joe Biden says there’s still a “chance” he’ll run for president in 2016.

A snowball’s chance in Hades, most likely, but the 72-year-old vice president insisted on Wednesday he’s considering his options and won’t make up his mind until later in the year.

“I have plenty of time to make that decision between now and the summer and I will make the decision in that time frame,” Biden said in an interview on NBC’s “Today” show.

Biden made the rounds on the major television networks the morning after President Obama gave his second-to-last State of the Union address.
