An 18 yr old male raped as 12 yr old girl 9 yrs ago. He got only 6 months and she got pregnant. He subsequently raped a 13 yr old girl and got only 4 years. Now out of prison, a judge has given him joint custody of the 8 yr old child against the wishes of the mother, now 21.
