The FBI’s decision not to indict presidential candidate Hillary Clinton “defies logic,” a high profile judge noted.

Former district attorney and Fox News host Judge Jeanine Pirro sounded off on Facebook Tuesday after the FBI recommended no charges against Clinton over her use of a private email server which compromised confidential State Department information.

“In my 35 years as a prosecutor, a judge and a DA, I’ve tried hundreds of cases, I ran a major office, one of the biggest in the country, and I’ve been panel to grand juries, presented to grand juries.”

“This is a case, Hillary Clinton, that cries out for presentation to a grand jury.”

“I have never been more ashamed of my country than today,” Judge Pirro concluded.
