UPDATE: The killer of a Kentucky police officer has been identified as a supporter of the ‘Black Lives Matter’ movement.
Joseph Thomas Johnson-Shanks gunned down Kentucky State Trooper Joseph Cameron Ponder after a high speed chase last night.
Johnson-Shanks posted images on his Facebook page under the pseudonym ‘Jay MileHigh’ of himself attending Michael Brown’s funeral service as well as ‘Black Lives Matter’ demonstrations in Missouri.
Johnson-Shanks’s involvement with ‘Black Lives Matter’ is particularly concerning given that the movement’s inspiration is a convicted cop killer on the FBI’s ‘Most Wanted Terrorists’ list, and numerous supporters of BLM have threatened to kill cops in the past, as we document below.
The killer even had his photo taken with police in Ferguson.

The shooting of a Kentucky State Trooper by a suspect who lived near Ferguson, Missouri has some people asking whether the murder was a ‘Black Lives Matter’ revenge attack.
Kentucky State Trooper Joseph Cameron Ponder was shot dead last night following a chase that began when Ponder attempted to pull over Joseph Thomas Johnson-Shanks for a routine traffic stop.
“Officials stated in a release that when Ponder tried to pull over the suspect, the suspect took off, leading Ponder on an eight-mile, high-speed chase,” reports 5 KSDK. “The chase ended when the suspect slammed his brakes, causing Ponder to crash into his vehicle. The suspect then reportedly fired several shots into the cruiser, striking Ponder. He died about an hour later at the hospital.”
Johnson-Shanks was later cornered by police in a wooded area and shot dead after he refused to drop his gun. It was subsequently confirmed that Johnson-Shanks was a resident of Florissant, Missouri, which is located less than 4 miles from Ferguson, Missouri.
Numerous people took to social media to charge that the shooting was a result of anti-police sentiment that has been hyped by the media over the last year since the riots in Ferguson, Missouri.
Kentucky State Trooper, Ponder, shot dead by a filthy degenerate Ferguson protestor. Can we classify #BlackLivesMatter as terrorists now?

Others cautioned that it was too early to jump to conclusions.
Let's not blame #BlackLivesMatter for Trooper Ponder's murder without proof, okay? Blaming Darren Wilson w/o proof started all this hysteria

As we have previously documented, the inspiration behind the ‘Black Lives Matter’ movement is a convicted cop killer who is on the FBI’s ‘Most Wanted Terrorists list.
Black Lives Matter supporters have openly called for killing police officers on numerous occasions.
Deputy Darren H. Goforth was killed “execution style” while pumping gas in the Houston area last month by Shannon J. Miles, although investigators are still trying to determine a motive.
Last December, Ismaaiyl Brinsley shot two NYPD officers in the head as part of a “revenge attack” for the death of Michael Brown.
In June, two ‘Black Lives Matter’ supporters admitted to masterminding a plot to blow up a police station and kill numerous cops in Ferguson, Missouri, again in an effort to avenge the death of Brown.
Armed Black Panthers also called for the murder of police officers during an open carry march at the South by Southwest festival in March, chanting, “The only good pig is a pig that’s dead.”
Bryce Williams gunned down TV reporter Alison Parker and cameraman Adam Ward live on air last month as part of his effort to inflame a “race war”.
During a march in New York last year, ‘Black Lives Matter’ protesters chanted “What do we want? Dead cops. When do we want it? Now.”
