A major company has recalled millions of child strollers after reports of baby’s fingers being severed by the product.

Graco, a Newell Rubbermaid product, has recalled 4.7 million child strollers sold in the US after reports of injuries including fingertip amputation and lacerations when using the stroller.

The strollers were sold at Target, Toys R Us, Walmart, online, and at other retailers.

The products were sold from August 2000 through this month, November 2014, the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission said.
