An article posted on The Daily Beast warns about the threat posed by refugees allegedly sympathetic to the Islamic State.

“No Syrian refugees in the United States have been charged with ISIS-related offenses, but Bosnian refugees, Uzbek nationals, and even a Cuban have been,” Katie Zavadski and Justin Miller write for the website. “Someone tell Republicans.”

The article mentions Ramiz Zijad Hodzic, Sedina Hodzic and four other people of Bosnian origin who are accused by federal prosecutors of sending money to a Bosnian-American believed to have died in Syria while fighting for the Islamic State.

All six individuals are natives of Bosnia who immigrated to the United States.  Three have become naturalized citizens and the remaining three have either refugee or legal resident status, according to the Justice Department.

“Today’s charges and arrests underscore our resolve to identify, thwart, and hold accountable individuals within the United States who seek to provide material support to terrorists and terrorist organizations operating in Syria and Iraq,” Assistant Attorney General John P. Carlin said in February.

Here is something the Justice Department and the establishment media are not telling you—radical Islamists in Bosnia and Kosovo fought against Serbia with the financial and military backing of the United States and NATO. The United States helped radicalize Bosnians.

“The claim that al-Qaeda played a role in the Balkan wars of the 1990s came from an alleged FBI document former Yugoslav leader Slobodan Milosevic presented in his defense before the Hague,” Isabel Vincent wrote for the National Post.

Vincent cited military analysts who said al-Qaeda fighters were helping a rebel group, the National Liberation Army, in Macedonia. In 2002, the United Nations administrator for Kosovo, Michael Steiner, warned  of “the Afghan danger to Europe” and said, “several cells trained, and financed by al-Qaeda remained in the region.”

The Afghan mujahideen—later to become al-Qaeda—fighting against the Soviets “were financed by Saudi and United Arab Emirates money” and helped the the Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA) “do their dirty work.”

“The United States, which had originally trained the Afghan Arabs during the war in Afghanistan, supported them in Bosnia and then in Kosovo,” writes Vincent. “When NATO forces launched their military campaign against Yugoslavia [in 1999] to unseat Mr. Milosevic, they entered the Kosovo conflict on the side of the KLA, which had already received ‘substantial’ military and financial support from bin Laden’s network, analysts say.”

This support was provided by the CIA, according to a report in the London Sunday Times citing US Congress documents. “The KLA has admitted its long-standing links with American and European intelligence organizations,” the newspaper reported in 2000.

Experts note the Muslims of southeastern Europe are the world’s most moderate Islamic populations. However, “an estimated five to ten percent has become indoctrinated in the more extreme forms of Islam typical of places such as Saudi Arabia and Egypt. This is not an accident—the rise and growth of militant Islamism in southeastern Europe is the result of long-term efforts by extremists to radicalize local populations,” writes Gordon N. Bardos.

If we can believe the official version of events on the Paris massacre, the terrorists responsible for killing nearly 130 people were from the Islamic State or, more likely, supporters who were radicalized by IS propaganda. The Islamic State emerged from the ranks of al-Qaeda in Iraq or Jama’at al-Tawhid wal-Jihad, an off-shoot of Osama bin Laden’s organization. Bin Laden’s mujahideen fighters in Afghanistan were supported and armed by the United States and the CIA along with Pakistani intelligence with financial support from the Gulf Emirates.

The story of Islamic terror—created by intelligence services and supported by the United States and other western countries—is a hidden history. Until the American people discover the true roots of Islamic terror and demand their government refrain from meddling in the Middle East and other countries and funding and supporting terrorists, incidents like 9/11 and the Paris massacre will continue to occur with increasing frequency and brutality.
