Despite the recent ISIS terrorist attacks killing hundreds in the West, MSNBC’s Mika Brzezinski claims “white men with guns” are “wrecking havoc” on the U.S.
She made the shocking claim during an interview with presidential candidate Rick Santorum on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” in which Santorum said Muslims weren’t doing enough to “confront the cancer” of Islamic extremism.
“You know better,” Brzezinski told him. “You’re a smart guy. You’re telling Muslim Americans they all need to come out and talk about the tiny percentage of their community that has, kind of frankly, wreaked havoc.”
“Yet, you look at the data of white men with guns wreaking havoc on this country. Why don’t you call on them to do that?”
Santorum countered by stating the problem is not guns but rather people who are “being raised in a society without proper leadership in their home.”
“…85-90% of men in prison grew up without a father in the home,” he added.
Of course, none of this matters to Brzezinski because she’s pushing an anti-gun agenda shared by the Obama administration.
In fact, the federal government deliberately downplayed the threat posed by Islamic terrorists immediately before the recent ISIS attacks in Paris, France, and San Bernardino, Calif., in favor of exaggerating the “threat” posed by gun owners, conservatives and libertarians.
For example, a month before the Nov. 13 Paris attacks, the Justice Dept. created a “domestic terrorism counsel” to focus on who the Obama administration and the controversial Southern Poverty Law Center considers “right-wing extremists.”
“Looking back over the past few years, it is clear that domestic terrorists and homegrown violent extremists remain a real and present danger to the United States,” the DOJ’s John Carlin said, but he wasn’t referring to Islamic terrorists.
In pushing the false narrative that conservatives and libertarians are more dangerous than ISIS militants while allowing thousands of Middle Eastern “refugees” to enter the U.S. without proper vetting, the Obama administration is creating the conditions ISIS needs to launch an attack on American soil.
