The developments at the saddest spot in the Nutmeg State came as a state prosecutor urged a judge Friday to block the release of the desperate 911 calls from the doomed school.
The state’s Freedom of Information Commission ruled in September that the tapes should be released after the Associated Press requested them.
State Attorney Stephen Sedensky argued a stay of the FOI ruling would protect both the families of the victims and the surviving witnesses.
