Pope Francis celebrated a Mass of Canonization for Junipero Serra on Sept. 23 at the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception located in Washington, D.C.
In the past few months Pope Francis and the leaders of the Catholic Church have been gradually preparing the flock for the canonization of Father Junipero Serra.
He is the Franciscan monk known for beginning Spanish missions on the California coast in the 1700s, using the whip and the musket on behalf of the King of Spain.
He became the protagonist of what is known as the “Black Legend.”
ABC reports that Steven Hackel, a history professor at the University of California, Riverside, states Serra’s use of corporal punishment was even controversial at the time.
In Los Angeles, the largest Catholic diocese in the U.S., the descendants of those populations of Maya Mexicans who were once abused by Serra pleaded in vain for an audience with the bishop of L.A., José H. Gomez, stating to the press that: “Who killed our people can not be worshiped among the righteous of God and the universal church.”
The native population of California that accuse Serra of genocide and subjugation has been completely ignored, as this new saint is imposed by the powerful Knights of Columbus, which amongst them you can count Jeb Bush, and their Supreme Knight and Grand Master, Carl Anderson.
There was a conference held in Rome last May, at the Pontifical North American College, to clear any doubts on the future Canonization of the controversial Spanish missionary, Father Junípero Serra.
The Knights of Columbus seem eager to establish Serra as “Patron of America,” and the event co-sponsored by the Pontifical Commission for Latin America, under the patronage of the Archdiocese of Los Angeles was entitled: “Our Lady of Guadalupe, Mother and Guide of Fra Junípero Serra, Patron of America.”
Father Junipero Serra was a criminal and the Native Americans who suffered his methodical conversion tried at the time to rebel.
In 1775, The Kumeyaay people set fire to the mission in San Diego, but eventually the forced indoctrination of Serra triumphed, using methods similar to what the New World Order is now imposing on us.
The message given by Pope Francis in endorsing such a obvious criminal figure as a Saint, with an incredibly well-staged show at the most prominent Catholic Basilica in Washington D.C., should be pretty evident to the world: convert to the New World Order and the new course set by the Catholic Church to shape a New World Religion, or perish like those poor native Americans whose descendants haven’t even been taken into consideration by the Catholic Church or their Pope.
Olin Tezcatlipoca, the founder and director of Mexican Movement and organizer of the native opposition against the canonization of Serra, said: “He is not a Saint. His beatification is an insult being added to the crime of genocide – an affront like this cathedral built on land sacred to the Tongva who once inhabited these lands.”
The Supreme Knight of the Knights of Columbus replied in a very apologetic way to a question about the “Black legend,” when asked by a religious correspondent, replying:
“The presumption of the black legend is that the Indians — the native peoples — were treated cruelly, maybe were tortured, were exploited. When the fact of the matter is, what drove and motivated Junípero Serra and the other missionaries was the message of Our Lady of Guadalupe, that these people have dignity. When she appeared to Juan Diego, she said: ‘Am I not your Mother?’ Did she not come with their appearance, as one of them. She also said: ‘I have the honor to be your mother.’”
And when asked “Who was responsible for this suppression,” he replied with no shame blaming of course the State of California and not the Catholic Church:
“Unfortunately, it was the State of California. You even have the governor of the time saying the Indians must be exterminated. There was no thought of treating the native people with the kind of respect and multiculturalism that Junípero Serra wanted. The governor stated this quite clearly and used the word ‘extermination,’ so it’s very clear what was going on.”
The lies and indoctrination made to promote the new “Patron of America,” Father Junipero Serra, will occur on Sept. 24 in D.C. and will be followed by the historic address of the Pope to the U.S. Congress.
It will be on the morning of the 25th of September 2015, that the gradual acceptance towards a One World religion by the Catholic Church becomes even more evident with the highly anticipated address to the United Nations General Assembly, where Pope Francis will visit the famous Meditiation Room, created under the direction of Dag Hammarskjold second Secretary-General of the United Nations obessed with New Age spirituality. This is immediately followed by the multi-religious service held by Pope Francis at 9/11 Memorial and Museum, World Trade Center.
