Florida’s Leon County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO) announced Wednesday that it arrested 19 people in a sex trafficking operation called “Operation Resolution” last month.
The two-day, multi-agency operation resulted in a surgeon, college professor, illegal alien, elementary school staffer, and a firefighter all being apprehended.

LCSO held a press conference announcing the arrests and noting there are still several investigations underway.
The illegal immigrant who was charged has been placed in the custody of federal immigration officials.
Sheriff Walt McNeil said, “This operation sends a clear…clear…clear message to those involved in illegal sex trafficking in our community.”
Homeland Security Investigations and the Florida Department of Law Enforcement took part in the operation.
