Sleepy Joe Biden was filmed wandering onto an airplane that was not Air Force One during a Russian prisoner exchange at Joint Base Andrews in Maryland on Thursday.

Harris also muttered her typical word salad to reporters while standing on the tarmac, and was roasted online for not sounding like the sharpest tool in the shed.
