Alex Jones was right: America’s water supply is contaminated with deadly chemicals, political commentator Michael Knowles pointed out.
“Put another nickel in the ‘Alex Jones Was Right Jar,’” Knowles said on “The Michael Knowles Show” Friday.
“It turns out that whatever they are putting in the water is not only turning the frickin’ frogs gay, but it’s posing serious danger to our health.”
“And now all of a sudden, the EPA is admitting it,” he added, citing a recent health advisory released by the Environmental Protection Agency earlier this week.
In the advisory, the EPA warns that the cluster of “forever chemicals” known as PFAS are harmful to humans even at near-zero levels in the water supply.
“People on the front-lines of PFAS contamination have suffered for far too long,” EPA Administrator Michael Regan said in a statement. “That’s why EPA is taking aggressive action as part of a whole-of-government approach to prevent these chemicals from entering the environment and to help protect concerned families from this pervasive challenge.”
PFAS (per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances) are used in nonstick frying pans, water-repellent sports gear, stain-resistant rugs, cosmetics and numerous. other consumer products. The substances are called “forever chemicals” because their composition is so strong that they don’t degrade and remain in a person’s bloodstream indefinitely when consumed.
