A second juror has been dismissed from the NYC Donald Trump “hush money” trial Thursday after prosecutors reportedly learned the juror was once arrested for defacing conservative fliers.
Fox News pointed out, “What we’re talking about here is people who were seated on the jury already, and by the end of yesterday there were seven. Now, they are ticking away. Only five jurors remain of those original seven who were already seated. Now they’ll need thirteen jurors before the case can go forward. We are moving in the wrong direction in terms of seating a jury.”
According to MSNBC, the first juror who was dismissed from the trial claimed she could not be impartial while the second juror allegedly lied to the judge about being arrested over the destruction of political fliers.
