Puppet president Joe Biden pandered to the wrong race during a speech before the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute Thursday.
Biden, 80, appeared to forget which minority group he was speaking to at the Institute’s 46th Annual Gala in Washington.
The flub came as Biden honored Sister Norma Pimental, the executive director of Catholic Charities of the Rio Grande Valley, an organization which Infowars has exposed as one of the establishment church groups aiding the illegal immigrant invasion.
Biden was praising Sister Pimental’s commitment to the Gospel of Matthew when he inexplicably brought up the black caucus.
“I know Sister Norma lives the lessons nuns taught me growing up,” he said. “Lessons based on the Gospel of Matthew: feed the hungry, care for the sick, welcome strangers.”
“They echo what my dad taught me, and I mean this sincerely, my dad used to say, ‘Everyone, everyone is entitled to be treated with dignity and respect.’”
“The Congressional Black Caucus embodies all those values,” Biden said, evidently unaware he commended the wrong group of people.
Catholic Charities is the same organization handing illegals manilla envelopes which have money, vouchers and instructions on how to be transported to their destination of choice within the US.
It’s also the same establishment church group which Infowars has witnessed helping illegal aliens make their way further into the US, and which Alex Jones stopped from illegally smuggling children.
Biden’s latest cognitive blooper comes as he made another faux pas when he forgot to shake the hand of Brazilian President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva during a press conference Wednesday, with Lula visibly upset at the snub.
Not Biden violating the protocol of the UN. This is so embarrassing for all Americans.
He went on stage without the President of Brazil, almost knocking down the flag of Brazil.

Elsewhere during the Hispanic Caucus event Thursday, Biden claimed it’s really Republicans that are to blame for undermining the security of the southern border.
