Democrat Joe Biden described his 2020 running mate’s performance at Wednesday’s debate as “presidential,” further fueling suspicions Democrats are laying the groundwork for a Kamala Harris presidency.

Answering a question before boarding a private jet, Biden told reporters he thought Kamala did well at the debate.

“Kamala did a great job last night,” he told a reporter. “She was really presidential.”

The former vice president’s commentary comes as the Biden/Harris ticket has made numerous flubs leading many to believe the 78-year-old Biden could hypothetically abandon the presidency, leaving Harris to become America’s first female president.

Last month, Biden slipped up and mentioned a “Harris/Biden administration.”

During a virtual roundtable discussion with Arizona business owners last month, Harris also referred to a hypothetical Biden presidency as “the Harris administration.”

Joe Biden has been caught yet again in a gaffe about America’s troops.
