Joe Biden appeared to suffer another cognitive lapse on Wednesday when he claimed that Russian President Vladimir Putin was losing the “Iraq” war.

“[Putin] is clearly losing the war in Iraq,” 80-year-old Biden told reporters confidently. “He’s losing the war at home. He’s become a bit of a pariah around the world.”

As if that wasn’t bad enough, Biden also confused Ukraine with Iraq a second time and even confused the Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi with “China’s prime minister,” according to reports.

Yikes.

These gaffes partly explain why 68% of Americans have concerns about Biden’s mental and physical health going into the 2024 election, according to the latest NBC poll.

Of course, mainstream media lackeys are already running cover for the ailing puppet president.

In Biden’s defense, he isn’t the only president to confuse Ukraine with Iraq.

Former President George W. Bush made a similar gaffe in May 2022 while disparaging Putin.

“The decision of one man to launch a wholly unjustified and brutal invasion of Iraq…I mean, of the Ukraine,” Bush said.
