Former President Bill Clinton said Saturday that “it would be a travesty” if former President Donald Trump won a second term in office.
In his only sit-down interview in the campaign cycle, Clinton told CNN’s “Inside Politics” that he doesn’t think America will “survive” if Trump becomes president again.
“I think you have to look at what the definition of ‘survive’ is,” Clinton said. “You can put me on a breathing tube tonight, but it wouldn’t be surviving like I’m surviving now. And the same thing’s true in politics. I don’t know if we can survive or not. I think it would be a travesty if he became president again.”

The 42nd president didn’t elaborate on how exactly Trump’s presidency would imperil the country.
Clinton, a frequent visitor to deceased sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein’s private island, has previously admitted on the campaign trail last month that the Biden-Harris regime’s failure to properly vet illegal aliens resulted in the unnecessary death of nursing student Laken Riley in Georgia.
Before campaigning for Harris, Clinton also notably defended Joe Biden after his terrible debate performance against Trump in June, insisting that “Biden gave us 3 years of solid leadership.”
