Video from 2017 has resurfaced on social media showing BlackRock CEO Larry Fink boasting of forcing companies to bend the knee to Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DEI) policies and its Environmental Social Governance (ESG) system.

“Behaviors are going to have to change and this is one thing we are asking companies, you have to force behaviors and at BlackRock, we are forcing behaviors,” Fink said during an annual DealBook conference hosted by The New York Times.

“Fifty-four percent of the incoming class are women, we added four more points in terms of diverse employment this year and… what we were doing internally is if you don’t achieve these levels of impact your compensation could be impacted okay.”

“It’s just, you have to force behaviors and if you don’t force behaviors, whether it’s gender or race or just anyway you want to say the composition of your team, you’re gonna be impacted and that’s not just recruiting it is development,” he added.

The clip, which went viral on social media, drew the attention of Twitter CEO Elon Musk.

“Concerning,” he wrote Sunday.

ESG and DEI control mechanisms are not designed to improve social justice or the environment, they are simply meant to consolidate economic power.

The Club of Rome, a globalist organization formed in 1968, outlined the exact plan now touted by Fink.

The group described in its 1991 book “The First Global Revolution” how the elite would use “global warming” and “climate change” to assert the New World Order agenda.

“In searching for a common enemy against whom we can unite, we came up with the idea that pollution, the threat of global warming, water shortages, famine and the like, would fit the bill.

In their totality and their interactions these phenomena do constitute a common threat which must be confronted by everyone together. But in designating these dangers as the enemy, we fall into the trap, which we have already warned readers about, namely mistaking symptoms for causes.

All these dangers are caused by human intervention in natural processes, and it is only through changed attitudes and behaviour that they can be overcome. The real enemy then is humanity itself.”
