The US government is once again housing overflow migrants at military bases.
The Obama administration did the very same thing during the 2014 surge of illegals.
This means the Border Patrol holding centers are at full capacity.
Additionally, the government is motivated to ship migrants to a federal facility such as a military base because it prevents the media from filming live on the scene.
