Joe Biden on Wednesday denied that the federal government was “controlling the weather” and called accusations that it was involved in weather modification related to Hurricanes Helene and Milton “beyond ridiculous.”
Biden made the statement in response to an X post released by Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.) on Wednesday noting the NOAA government website’s library catalog documenting many instances of weather modification.
“Now the claims are getting even more bizarre. Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene, a congresswoman from Georgia, is now saying the federal government is literally controlling the weather — we’re controlling the weather. It’s beyond ridiculous,” Biden said.

“It’s gotta stop. In moments like this, there are no red or blue states. Theres’s one United States of America, where neighbors are helping neighbors. Volunteers and first responders are risking everything, including their own lives to help their fellow Americans.”
“State, local and federal officials are standing side-by-side. Let me repeat, no one should make the American people question whether their governments will be making sure that this is [unintelligible], we will be there. We will.”
Greene first raised questions about the government’s possible involvement in steering Hurricane Helene to affect the outcome of the election on Oct. 3 with a post that read, “Yes, they can control the weather.”
Yes they can control the weather.

It’s ridiculous for anyone to lie and say it can’t be done.
Greene on Wednesday elaborated on her remark, highlighting that the NOAA government website has a library catalog of 1,026 entries of weather modifications — which the organization has been deleting as it faces scrutiny online.
“Everyone keeps asking, ‘who is they?’ Well some of them are listed on NOAA, as well as most of the ways weather can be modified, because they are required to report it to the Secretary of Commerce by the Weather Modification Act of 1972,” she wrote.

Regardless of whether or not Hurricane Helene or Hurricane Milton were steered or manipulated by the federal government, the fact remains that these powerful Category 4 and 5 hurricanes appear to be affecting how the U.S. election will be conducted in the impacted states like North Carolina and Florida.
Both The Washington Post and Politico gleefully noted that the devastating aftermath of Hurricane Helene may swing the election in Kamala Harris’s favor.
“If Helene affects voting, Trump may pay the price,” stated the WaPo headline, followed by the sub-headline, “Nearly a quarter of 2020 Trump voters in Florida, Georgia and the Carolinas live in counties declared federal disaster areas.”
Alex Jones broke down the unfolding situation in a recent The Alex Jones Show broadcast:
The fact Biden outright denied the government’s involvement in manipulating the weather only further raised doubts among many on social media that the hurricanes naturally made landfall in the Southeastern states.
The question remains, if the government doesn’t manipulate the weather, why did the United Nations introduce a treaty — which the United States signed in 1977 — forbidding the use of weather warfare techniques?
