MSNBC continued its daily practice of fearmongering to viewers about how Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump is allegedly going to imprison his political opposition and even American citizens.
The hypocrite Democrat lapdogs never mention the Biden administration jailing thousands of non-violent Jan. 6 protesters, Trump advisor Peter Navarro and radio host Steve Bannon, among others.
On Monday, longtime Democrat Party strategist James Carville continued using the scare tactic, and suggested American leftists take up arms if Trump is re-elected in two weeks.
The former Hillary Clinton strategist pushed the completely false claim that Trump has publicly stated he will “use the military to arrest political enemies” and wants “to get rid of the Constitution.”
Adding to the laundry list of lies intended to scare voters into supporting anyone but Trump, Carville alleged the U.S. Constitution “is at stake” and “the idea that we live under a set of laws is literally at risk.”
Moving on to race-baiting, the Democrat strategist bizarrely told MSNBC host Ari Melber that minority men will be jailed under a second Trump administration.
“People want to know about weakness among males of color,” he said. “They’re gonna arrest all of ya! You don’t think you have a stake in this election? Guess what? You’re not gonna do very well, and I’m not gonna do well. You’re not gonna do well, alright? When the paddy wagon comes, you and I gonna be in the back of it bouncing around and it’s not gonna be very much fun.”
Carville added “And they will tell you, the judge will say, ‘I’m sorry, Mr. Melber. I’m sorry, Mr. Carville. Mr. Trump said he’s gonna get rid of the Constitution, I have no choice but to enforce the Democratic norms of this country…’ It’s not far-fetched.”
Melber responded by agreeing that the outlandish notion “is not far-fetched at all” because Trump “got so far trying that in first term” when he asked for the Biden crime family to be investigated and “tried to get John Kerry in prison.”
The MSNBC talking head also suggested Trump “went after” former FBI Director James Comey and Former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe because “they both had tax audits.”
“You think he’s stopping at tax audits next time?” Melber rhetorically asked.
Carville later asked Melber, “Were you better off four years ago or you gonna be better off in a penitentiary four years from now, or still having the right to free speech and political dissent, because that’s literally what’s on the ballot?”
The Democrat operative then compared the current political environment to pre-WWII and pre-Civil War times, saying, “When the Republic was threatened, people picked up arms and answered the call.”
“Or, you know, in 1965 in the middle of the Civil Rights movement, I think people decided they were gonna take matters into their own hands and create a better country and that’s what I hope we do here in the next few weeks,” he finished.
