Democrat Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis on Wednesday requested a Georgia appeals court reinstate several charges against Donald Trump and his co-defendants that the court dismissed earlier this year.
Investigative journalist Laura Loomer pointed out Willis is engaging in “election interference” with her repeated attacks on the GOP nominee.

Willis’ filing with the Georgia Court of Appeals claims Fulton County Judge Scott McAfee “erred” by tossing out six charges against the defendants.
McAfee cited a “fatal lack of detail concerning an essential legal element” as the reason for his initial dismissal.
The new Willis filing alleges her indictment provided all the details needed to prosecute Trump.
“The indictment included an abundance of context and factual allegations about the solicitations at issue, including when the requests were made, to whom the requests were made, and the manner in which the requests were made,” the filing stated.
“When read as a whole, the indictment provided an extremely clear picture of the acts committed by Cross-Appellees,” Willis’ team added.
After Willis was caught engaging in a romantic relationship with her lead prosecutor Nathan Wade in April, the Trump team filed an appeal to Judge McAfee’s decision to keep her on the case.
McAfee claimed the “significant appearance of impropriety” between Willis and Wade wasn’t enough to disqualify her from the legal proceedings.
Now, the anti-Trump DA is back to her election meddling antics with the 2024 presidential vote just weeks away.
Additionally, the lawfare against Trump comes as Democrat politicians and leftist media personalities push the false narrative that the GOP nominee will abuse the judicial system by weaponizing the government against his political enemies.
