Youngkin signed an executive order in August that aimed to purge illegal aliens from voter rolls ahead of the election.
Now, citing the National Voter Registration Act, U.S. District Judge Patricia Giles is blocking Virginia from taking 1,600 additional voters off the rolls.
Donald Trump spoke about the news from Austin, Texas, Friday, telling Americans “the unconstitutional decision issued today by a radical judge appointed by Biden” was just made that allows “for noncitizens to vote in our elections.”
“The outrageous decision goes against the very bedrock of our democracy,” Trump added.
Similar anti-fair election moves are being made in states across the nation as desperate Democrats resort to dirty tactics to defeat Trump.
