Update: YouTube made a change and allowed the episode to appear in search results on Monday evening.
Friday’s historic edition of The Joe Rogan Experience featuring GOP presidential nominee Donald Trump is being suppressed on Google’s YouTube video platform.
When users type any variation of “Joe Rogan and Donald Trump interview,” they’re only presented with videos other than the now-famous podcast that has racked up over 34 million views as of writing this article.
Tried to find the Rogan/Trump interview on YouTube but no matter what I search, it's not coming up. Would be beyond bonkers if they're actively trying to suppress it. Must be a glitch, right? pic.twitter.com/BvpYzZTXWY

Responding to videos showing the blatant censorship in action, X owner and MAGA supporter Elon Musk wrote, “Wow,” and, “Unreal.”

The official Joe Rogan Podcast X account posted a Newsweek article claiming to get to the bottom of the mystery, but the mainstream media outlet failed to accurately explain what is happening.

Newsweek pointed out Trump supporters “have accused YouTube of censoring” the interview before pointing towards a Joe Rogan X post from Friday that explained the video was originally delisted on the platform due to a glitch.
“There is no issue with YouTube censoring the trump episode. It was just supposed to go live on both Spotify and YouTube at the same time and there was a glitch in Spotify’s upload system and so we delisted the YouTube link until it’s fixed. It should be fine now,” Rogan wrote.

The interview is not currently delisted, and now Rogan himself shared one of the videos exposing the fact that YouTube is hiding it in the search results.
The platform is also not featuring the video on its trending page despite receiving tens of millions of views.
