As Election Day kicks off, numerous reports of voter suppression, irregularities and other shenanigans are emerging on social media from key swing states.
From Pennsylvania to Arizona, voters are raising the alarm on social media — check back for real-time updates as voting continues!

Milwaukee, Wisconsin, will be recounting 30,000 absentee ballots after an issue with some voting machines, according to Breaking911 on X.
Harris County, Texas, says an “accidental” error led to a “formatting issue” that favored Democrats when tracking early voting statistics.
Power outages are being blamed for long voting lines in Forks Township, Pennsylvania.
Footage out of Cambria County, Pennsylvania, shows an election official announcing voting machines were down across the county.

The PA Department of State official X account announced, “Voters are continuing to vote by paper ballot, in accordance with normal operations, while the county resolves the issue with in-precinct scanning.”

Meanwhile, in Blair County, Pa., voters were reportedly told their location received ballots that don’t fit the tabulators.
Pennsylvania’s Allegheny County also experienced issues, with reports from locals claiming the paperwork for one district was never sent and that an election judge wasn’t present.

Voters were allegedly encouraged to use provisional ballots.
Several voters left before being able to fill out their ballots, according to one Allegheny County voter.
I was finally able to cast my ballot, but at least a half dozen other voters had to leave before they could vote — and that’s a big problem. If even one of the people who left decide not to come back later (or can’t come back for some reason), this one irresponsible elections…

Journalist Michele Tafoya received a report from a Lakeville, Minnesota, voter saying ballot scanners were “broken” in their precinct.
The City of Lakeville official X account addressed the tabulator error, saying officials “have secured all ballots in a sealed auxiliary collection box, where they will remain protected until they can be processed.”
Journalist Emerald Robinson posted to X, revealing voting tabulators are having issues in Monroe, Wayne, and Oakland counties in Michigan.

Burlington County, New Jersey, voting machines suffered massive outages that caused voters to wait in line for hours.
Caroline County, Virginia, election officials switched to paper ballots after voting machine issues.
The National Pulse reports, “The local elections board chairman confirmed that voters have been asked to switch to emergency paper ballots.”
Ballots at a Queens, New York, polling place were reportedly being voided over scanner issues.
Greenwich, Connecticut, tabulators are also causing a district to hand-count ballots.
Ansonia, Connecticut, voters were met with a brief delay due to a tabulator issue.
A woman in Lansing, Illinois, reported her precinct’s scanner was down for around an hour.
Illinois’ Champaign County Clerk Aaron Ammons told journalist Kyle Becker an internet connection issue caused voting machines to be unusable for a period of time.
X user “Insurrection Barbie” pointed out the voting machines aren’t supposed to connect to the internet.
Maricopa County, Arizona, printers reportedly ran out of ink.
Attorney and RNC member Harmeet Dhillon said Maricopa County’s problems are being handled and encouraged Arizonans to stay in line to make sure their votes are counted.
Maricopa County Recorder Stephen Richer revealed on Monday that a batch of 90,000 voter registration forms were sent in on the last day before the county’s deadline.
Among the massive batch, which Richer called the “largest single day of registration forms” in the county’s history, were blatant fakes with names such as Mickey Mouse, Jerry Seinfeld and Donald Duck.
