Racist Democrat KKK members flee when confronted with an AR-15, in an epic pro-gun campaign ad for a black Republican congressional candidate in Arizona.
“Democrats like to say that no one needs an AR-15 for self-defense…that no one could possibly need all 30 rounds,” District 4 candidate Jerone Davison says in the epic 30-second ad.
During the voiceover, a roving gang of Ku Klux Klan members begin arriving at Davison’s home with pitchforks, bats and other weapons, as he grabs his rifle.
He goes on: “But when this rifle is the only thing standing between your family and a dozen angry Democrats in Klan hoods, you just might need that semi-automatic and all 30 rounds.”
“Make Rifles Great Again,” Davison captioned a Twitter version of the ad that’s received over 4 million views as of writing.
Davison’s clever ad riffs on Democrats’ claims they care for “Black Lives” and revile racism, and at the same time juxtaposes those claims with their hatred of firearms which many, including black people, use for self-defense.
Although Democrats would prefer to keep their past a secret, the party founded the KKK in the late 1800s to oppose Republican efforts to help disenfranchised black people.
Here’s a brief historical synopsis of the KKK’s Democrat roots from the History.com:
Founded in 1865, the Ku Klux Klan (KKK) extended into almost every southern state by 1870 and became a vehicle for white southern resistance to the Republican Party’s Reconstruction-era policies aimed at establishing political and economic equality for Black Americans. Its members waged an underground campaign of intimidation and violence directed at white and Black Republican leaders. Though Congress passed legislation designed to curb Klan terrorism, the organization saw its primary goal–the reestablishment of white supremacy–fulfilled through Democratic victories in state legislatures across the South in the 1870s.
Moreover, Democrats’ racism was made apparent in a slogan for the Democratic National Convention in 1868 declaring, “This is a White Man’s Country, Let White Men Rule.”

Indeed, criticism of the ad will require delicate consideration on the part of leftists, who evidently are still on the wrong side of history.
Davison faces off against other Republicans during a primary election on August 2 to represent the district currently held by Paul Gosar (R-Ariz.), who’s running for re-election in Arizona’s 9th District.
