GOP Candidate Vivek Ramaswamy Runs Victory Lap in Wake of Don Lemon Firing

Republican presidential contender Vivek Ramaswamy published a memorial for CNN anchor Don Lemon, who was fired this week shortly after he hosted the American entrepreneur.

In a somber video recalling Lemon’s numerous escapades throughout the years, Ramaswamy highlighted his own recent interview with the longtime CNN host who many say was possibly the straw that broke the camel’s back.

In the interview Ramaswamy told Lemon he was doing a “disservice to our country by failing to recognize” progress in black rights since 1865 and 1964.

Lemon, clearly unhinged by this point, shot back, “When you are in black skin and then you live in this country…then you can disagree with me.”

Following news of Lemon’s ouster, Ramaswamy also shared a Game of Thrones-derived meme depicting CNN slaying Lemon.
