A Haitian national who flew into the U.S. months ago via a Biden-era parole program has been charged in the stabbing murders of three family members at a home in North Carolina, according to reports.
The massacre unfolded on Feb. 21 in Fayetteville, a city in Cumberland County.
Fayetteville police received a 911 call for a stabbing at a residence and when officers arrived, a man covered in blood answered the door, ABC 11 reports.
Officers found three victims who had suffered fatal knife wounds: Beatrice Desir, 77, a 13-year-old old, and a 4-year-old.
Three more children were located inside the house, but they were apparently unharmed.
Mackendy Darbouze, 26, was taken in custody and charged with three counts of first-degree murder.
The victims and Darbouze were all related and were “new to the neighborhood,” according to a local resident.
On Friday, it was revealed that Darbouze arrived to the U.S. in July of 2024 under the CHNV parole program.

Fully launched in early 2023 by the Biden regime, CHNV (Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, Venezuela) enabled more than 500,000 inadmissible aliens from those countries to fly directly into the U.S. at a rate of 30,000 per month.
More than 200,000 Haitians took advantage of CHNV, including Darbouze, according to information provided to Fox News correspondent Bill Melugin.
“ICE says Darbouze speaks no English, and their translators interviewed him in Creole upon his arrest. ICE has placed a detainer on him,” Melugin reported.

Darbouze appeared in Cumberland County on Monday where he proclaimed his innocence, but a judge denied him bond.
“It’s difficult to hear these types of allegations,” Cumberland County District Attorney Billy West said. “I’ve been prosecuting for 25 years and this case is as bad as any I’ve heard about. So, it’s extremely disturbing facts.”
An investigation and legal proceedings are ongoing.
