Federal authorities arrested three dangerous Venezuelan gang members who were all released into the U.S. by the Biden regime in 2023, according to reports.
On Thursday, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents nailed multiple Tren de Aragua (TdA) gangbangers just hours apart in Tennessee and Texas.
Citing a senior official in the Trump administration, Fox News correspondent Bill Melugin announced the apprehensions on social media.

– ICE San Antonio apprehended Nestor Jose Mendoza-Garcia and charged him with illegal alien in possession of a firearm.
Mendoza-Garcia was caught by U.S. Border Patrol (USBP) in October of 2023, issued a Notice to Appear (NTA) before a federal immigration judge in the future, and released into the interior.
“Subject was arrested by the San Antonio police department in November 2024, after being found in possession of a weapon that was associated to an unsolved murder from earlier in the month,” Melugin reports.
– ICE Nashville arrested Elmer Aparicio-Castillo on a charge of alien in possession of a firearm.
Aparicio-Castillo was caught by USBP on Sept. 30, 2023, in El Paso, TX. He was issued an NTA and released on his own recognizance.
He has a lengthy rap sheet that includes charges in Nashville for evading arrest, promoting prostitution, and possession of marijuana.
– ICE Nashville arrested an unnamed 36-year-old TdA member who also has a criminal history in Music City, having been previously charged with promoting prostitution, evading arrest, and possession of marijuana.
The Venezuelan was apprehended by USBP on Dec. 19, 2023, in Eagle Pass, TX.
He was issued an NTA and release on his own recognizance.
On Thursday, ICE arrested a total of 538 aliens across the U.S.
