Two illegal aliens have been charged in a road rage shooting that unfolded last week in the suburbs of Washington D.C., including one who was arrested in the same county last year after being released into the U.S. by Biden’s Border Patrol.
The shocking incident unfolded at around 9:30 p.m. on Dec. 3 in Loudoun County, the wealthiest in the country.
Investigators say the suspects discharged a firearm from inside their car into another occupied vehicle during an altercation on a road near Sterling, Fox 5 reports.
The other car sustained damage but no one was reported injured.
Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO) detectives located the vehicle the following day and arrested two men identified as Jimmy Paredes Madrid, 29, and Aldo Betancourth Rivera, 34.
Both suspects are Honduran nationals who live in Sterling but are illegally present in the U.S.
On Wednesday, immigration news outlet Border Hawk revealed more information about the suspects per Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

Betancourth Rivera was apprehended by Border Patrol in August of 2021 near Roma, Texas, and paroled into the U.S. with instructions to report to ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations Washington D.C.
He was later arrested on unspecified charges in late 2023, prompting ICE to file a detainer request with the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center which apparently was not honored.
He has been charged with Principle in the 2nd Degree to Shooting into an Occupied Vehicle.
Paredes Madrid entered the U.S. at an unknown location and date, indicating he is one of millions of ‘gotaways’ lurking across the country.
He has been charged with Shooting from a Vehicle, Shooting into an Occupied Vehicle, and Brandishing a Firearm.
ICE has filed detainers against both suspects with the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center.
