Amazon appears to sabotaging the release of the first book written about the attempted assassination of Donald Trump in July.
Bulletproof: How a Shot Meant for Donald Trump Took Out Joe Biden tells the story of the events of 13 July 2024 in Butler, Pennsylvania, and features a blow-by-blow account of the assassination attempt, including new information from private investigators about the personal life of the shooter, Thomas Matthew Crooks.
Although the book is about a month away from release, it’s available now for pre-order on Amazon, where it is already the #1 bestseller in the category “Law Enforcement Politics.”
On Saturday, author Jack Posobiec Tweeted that the actual cover of the book had been replaced on the Amazon catalogue with a bizarre, sexually suggestive image of two black men in costume, taken from the lifestyle magazine Kinfolk.

At time of writing, despite attempts to raise the issue with Amazon by the authors, the issue still hasn’t been fixed.
Whether the issue is deliberate or a genuine mistake is unclear at this time, but it should be easy to rectify.
If it is deliberate, though, it wouldn’t be a surprise. The mainstream media, the Democrats and the Secret Service have been doing all they can to distract from the assassination attempt, not only to disguise official failings but also to minimise the boost to popularity Trump’s epic moment of defiance could provide him. This has included a journalistic omerta regarding the iconic photograph of Trump pumping his fist.
