Ray Epps, a man who was seen goading Trump supporters to storm the Capitol on January 6, 2021, will soon be criminally charged, according to Epps’ attorney.
The impending charges were revealed in a Wednesday lawsuit filed by Epps against Fox News, which accuses former host Tucker Carlson of defaming him.
