Multiple whistleblowers are testifying before the House Oversight Committee on Wednesday to detail how the Biden administration illegally stonewalled an investigation into one small portion of Hunter Biden’s criminal activity.

House Oversight Chairman James Comer (R-Ky.) spoke with CBS News on Tuesday to describe what the whistleblowers will be revealing.

Comer also joked he wouldn’t be surprised if Donald Trump was indicted by special counsel Jack Smith just as the hearing begins to serve as a distraction.
