An illegal alien previously ordered deported has been charged with kidnapping and rape following an incident at a motel in North Idaho over the weekend, InfoWars has confirmed.
The shocking incident unfolded during the overnight hours between Friday and Saturday in Sandpoint, a small city situated on Lake Pend Oreille in Bonner County.
The Sandpoint Police Department (SPD) was alerted about a female victim claiming she had been sexually assaulted and was being held against her will at the K2 Motel, located downtown.
Officers arrived and detained a trio of foreign male suspects at the scene.
One of the men, identified as Josue Enmanuel Vado-Urbina, 21, was arrested by SPD and booked into Bonner County Detention Center on kidnapping and rape charges.
Vado-Urbina is a citizen of Nicaragua who is illegally present in the U.S. and was already ordered deported by a federal immigration judge under circumstances that remain unclear, U.S. Border Patrol (USBP) sources tell InfoWars.

The other two men, who were determined to not have been involved in the alleged attack, were taken into custody by USBP agents and brought to a nearby station where their immigration statuses were reviewed.
David Albert Daniels-Moreno, 20, has a pending asylum request and was released.
USBP agents determined Alfredo DeJesus Sanchez-Bobalilla, 46, is a visa overstay who is illegally present in the country.
His visa was seized for revocation, but he was released under his own recognizance due to “denial of bedspace” by ICE.
“Vado-Urbina, who is being held at the Bonner County Jail, had his first appearance in court Monday, Nov. 4, where his bail was set at $250,000,” the Bonner County Daily Bee reports.
“A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for Nov. 13.”
Authorities believe some or all of the men were in North Idaho as temporary workers.
Sources tell InfoWars that Sandpoint residents first learned about the alleged attack during the weekend via word of mouth and social media forums, but authorities have been slow to release details and remain tight-lipped about the investigation.
InfoWars’ calls to Sandpoint authorities remained unreturned at the time of this writing.
